Easy and fast
The experience and the outcome were very good. Only thing I was disappointed about was the lack of support or guidance for design of the product, even though this seemed to be offered. I ended up re designing product myself.

We’re truly sorry to hear that you felt there was a lack of support with the design process. That’s definitely not the experience we aim to provide. In fact, we take great pride in being hands-on and proactive when it comes to helping our customers achieve a design that meets our high standards before anything goes to print.
After reviewing your order, we noticed that the only instruction submitted with your design was to adjust the artwork to fit within the magnet size. Our design team not only did that, but they also made sure all elements were properly aligned and spaced for a cleaner finish. On top of that, our designer even sourced a higher-resolution version of your logo online, since the one provided was pixelated. These were all communicated to you in our proofing notes.
You submitted a revised version of the artwork after we sent you the first proof. But throughout the proofing process, we didn’t receive any requests for changes or suggestions for a design overhaul, so we proceeded based on your initial request that only minor layout adjustments were needed.
We’re always happy to assist with more involved design help - but we also try to respect each customer’s original intent unless told otherwise.
We hope this helps explain things from our side, and we’d love the opportunity to support you even more closely on your next order. Please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re always here to help!

Easy to use platform and super fast service and shipping!! The difference from our previous order is that the magnets aren't as thick as they used to be.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the thickness of the magnets. However, upon checking our records, we couldn’t locate any previous orders under your name. It's possible that your earlier magnets may have come from a different supplier.
That said, we want to reassure you that we use commercial-grade magnets and intentionally choose a thicker magnet material to ensure strong adhesion. We avoid bulking up the product with thick printed paper or backing and we're only using only thin, high-quality paper to maintain a sleek and professional look.

Simple and easy
The process was simple and easy, I provided a PDF form of our business cards and within the hour the design had been confirmed. 24hrs later they were shipped and a couple days after that they had arrived, exactly as envisioned! Reasonably priced and a good team of people to communicate with, I would highly recommend them!
