Just had a double glzed unit replaced by Misty Glass, the service from beginning to end was impeccable. communication with the office and the fitter was clear all timed dates were kept.

We've used Misty Glass on two occasions and can highly recommend them. Their panels are of the highest quality, and their workmanship is excellent. They are clean, tidy, professional, and friendly, and have always done an excellent job at a good price.

Great service today had 3 windows replaced because they failed, Anthony was here on time and had the job done in no time, no mess was left at all for me to clean up, and the price was reasonable.

From start to finish, Misty Glass were superb in their communication. They came and measured up, then fitted the glass Monday (1/6/2026). The service was excellent. Clean, tidy, efficient and arrived on time. It’s the second time I’ve used them to replace my glass, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Excellent company. After entering a few details online, I received an estimate by email. The fitter then came out to measure the panes and confirmed the quote, which stayed exactly the same as the original estimate — no upselling at all.

I accepted the quote and was given a fitting date for a few weeks later. He returned as arranged to fit two replacement panes, which only took about 10 minutes. He worked around the bedroom furniture without any fuss, even taking his boots off as it was a wet day, which was really appreciated.

The job was completed quickly and to a high standard, with no mess left behind. Very friendly and professional service throughout — would definitely recommend.

The fitter arrived on time very polite gentleman got on straight away to to the job in a very quick time and absolutely no mess . Would recommend this company to anyone and certainly would use again

Anthony was friendly, replaced the steamy panels in no time and left the working area clean and tidy. He even fitted some extra screws in the frame which should have been done by the original installers years ago. Price for the sealed units was reasonable. Would highly recommend this company for anyone needing replacement double glazed units.
