You guys have the worst Kratom products I’ve ever tried. I tried all the extract tablets - got nothing but liver poisoning from- now I gave the 50x extract a shot I spent $100 on it and I get no benefits from it whatsoever I just feel gross and disgusting from it and based on reviews I’m not the only one. You guys are robbing ppl selling these horrible products please stop

I don't know how other people have a problem with the quality. Every single order has been on time and High quality. I have been buying $120+ a month worth of powder and extracts and they are always top notch. Only issue I ever had was taking too much and getting the eye wobbles. I recommend Mitragaia and their products to anyone looking for high quality and good service. Thank you Mitragaia.

They had a sale. $60 a kilo. I ordered 2 kilos. 1 one was ok.
seemed a little weak though but did the job. I just broke into the second one. It wasnt doing anything to help. I have product from several vendors. Been researching kratom since 2016.
The other products were still effective. I broke out my scale and started weighing the capsules. they ranged from .3 up to .6g.
Two outta 5 caps were . 3g
Thats not cool.
Really convienient that product cant be returned after opening.
I realize there can be varience in automation packaging, but I feel ripped off.
As such I took my business elsewhere. Buyer beware.

Ordered from them on and off for about a year. Originally they had good product and good prices. HOWEVER.... the last order I made consisted of- plantation red, bali green , bali gold, and meang da gold. Even though each package is labeled correctly the contents are not that. They all have the same effect and the same physical color. Literally. And none if it is that good. So I got a bunch of the same mediocre powder that isnt what I wanted out of any strain. Dissapointing

All of my orders are high quality, shipped promptly and very nicely packed. You get what you pay for in this case and MitraGaia doesn’t mess around!

Checked up on order after a week because I hadn’t received it. It was just sitting somewhere not shipped out. I contacted them, they acknowledged it hadn’t been shipped. Asked if they could expedite the shipping since it was just sitting there and they said no. Did not offer a discount coupon or anything. Just said “thank you for being part of the Mitragaia family!” Not sure about anyone else but if I sell something online and it’s taking me too long to get out (and not here like where they forgot) I’ll refund shipping just make up for it. Nothing. Pretty standard for businesses to accommodate I guess not this one.

Mitragaia sells mostly bunk. Don't waste your time and money looking for a straiin of kratom that works for you, because they sell dirt, useless, kratom. I was with them for over a year, and ordered over 6 kilos of kratom from them. Only the first and third batches were any good at all. I found another supplier that guarantees the potency of their kratom, even if they have to add kratom concentrate to bring up the level of active ingredients.
Please, stay away from these people.

They offer a wide variety of great quality products at very reasonable prices. Been a customer for a few years and never had an issue. Also have a great rewards program.

Mitra Gaia has some of the most efficent shipping process I have seen aside from Amazon, they are prompt and through with their orders. Only time I had a delay was due to the USPS messing it up (I was just as suprised as the next person to find out the the government cant handle mail during Christmas time). while their prices are fairly competitive to begin with, if you are patient you will always be able to find a sale that makes them even better.

I’ve used Mitragaia for a few years now. I left them for another well known vendor, but recently came back to them. These are possibly the lowest prices you can find, especially when they have a sale, which is often. For the few people who question the consistency/quality of the product, it’s important to remember that tolerance plays a huge factor and that’s a YOU problem lol. I’ve been very happy with this vendor :))

Bought the 7x 1oz capsule sampler and all 7 strains were meh. Also took a week to get to me cause the first package was returned to sender. This is 3/4 orders with horrible quality.

At first I thought maybe some strains were just weaker but beginning to suspect that it's my tolerance that has built up. But that is not my concern. My concern is the impact that kratom may have on the liver over time, and I think that I may be experiencing some symptoms of liver damage. Itchy palms and feet, fatigue, musty taste in mouth especially after just waking up, and feeling just downright awful after waking up in the morning. Like
..like a hangover. My circulation is poor too. Watch out for these symptoms. Especially itchy palms and feet. I'm hoping that maybe it's just this vendor but the truth is anything that gets you high is too good to be true. I do take a lot, I'll admit that. And I'm not even a former opioid addict. I find myself having similar withdrawals as if I'd taken codeine for just long enough to form a slight physical dependence on it. Anyone else had this experience?

Have another review rated as a 2 because the way I was treated and the quality of leaf I was given years ago. However, I took another chance and am very pleasantly surprised. Get my package within three days, the leaf is good, and actually had a customer service problem taken care of in a cordial manner. I’ll still be on my toes with them but for now they have earned my business back.

Very honest company they care about the customer 100%. I have had the highest quality green horn from them in the past. Recently had gotten sick and they replaced it 100%. Thanks again Gaia!

Always the best product. Never dried out like some other companies. All their stuff is good. I dont feel a huge difference in the colors and strains though. I enjoy them all and they post lab results and give 20% off with crypto. Whats not to love.

Their Green Dragon is great! I have tried a lot of other vendors who are overpriced and Mitragaia never lets me down with their quality!

A great selection of great products. The Red Dragon is a great way to get through a rough day. Before kratom every day was a rough day. Great prices and quality. ✌💖🗽
