I placed an order with Mivora and I never received the order. It says the package has been delivered but it never was. The tracking number provided doesn’t exist. I believe this is a fraudulent company.

I placed an order with this company which they acknowledged and said it had been dispatched. They provided a tracking number which, when clicked, comes back as no known tracking order. I have emailed this company multiple times but get no answer. I can only assume that they are a scam and I have lost my money. Steer clear of them!

I purchased a shirt advertised as cashmere but actually made of polyester.

very long delivery time. came from yokonexpress from China. did not match what I ordered, have contacted them without getting a response. so here I am with a bag that I have to pay for that I can't use because it is so ugly.

Ordered 2 shirts. When finally arrived the items did not look like the shirts that were Ordered. Inferior material. The size XLarge I ordered was equivalent to a Mens Medium. Save your money!

Sent me two shirts that were labeled XL. They wouldn't fit a small boy. I have been trying to return them for a month. Multiple emails asking how to proceed with no results. They ignore all requests for information. TOTAL RIP OFF. I can't even find them on the BBB website to complain.

DO NOT BUY!! bought a dress from Mivora London website, item arrived awful fit awful quality, I contacted them for return and refund as policy is 30days ,they offered me to keep the item free of charge and send me a new one/size. I said politely no as I wanted a refund as per policy . Again reply was that I had to return it to China at my own cost and it would cost me 60 euros!! Or they would send me a replacement. Again I said less politely NO, explaining that no where on their website did it say returns to China, it leads customers to believe it is a UK based company. Errrrr Name Mivora London!!!! STILL WAITING!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I ordered a small men’s co ord set it took 2 weeks to arrive, they sent me a size Large and when I wanted to return it they didn’t reply for weeks and when they did said I can have a discount of 50% if I want! NO THE CLOTHES DO NOT FIT ME? The worst clothing product I have ever bought

Jeg har bestilt en varer gennem firmaet Famora, når jeg klikker ind for at se min ordre kommer jeg til en ordreside der hedder Minova Warszawa. Når jeg klikker på følg ordre, kommer jeg til en hjemmeside hos Shopify. Jeg bestilte min varer i maj måned og her i juli har jeg stadig ikke modtaget den. Jeg er nu sikker på at jeg er blevet snydt og har mistet de 500kr, varen kostede. Pga den komplekse firma struktur, er jeg ikke engang sikker på, hvem jeg skal kontakte. Pas på med disse firmaer!
