Hi Mr Clarkson
Thank you for your review. The product you ordered was a small PVC angle with a wall thickness of 1mm. The material is made by Ineos in the UK and I would not describe it as a brittle material. The issue that I suspect you have is that trying to use a staple gun on a 1mm PVC product which is thinner than a ruler is likely going to cause damage to the product, something this thin should probably be pre-drilled.
We also supply free samples so clients can try before buying.
In relation to your order it was out of stock at the time and was manufactured by ourselves and delivered five days earlier than the specified delivery date.
