Regular updates
There is regular updates on the progress.
My only concern is the length of time it takes to do the migration of information.
Quickbooks never told me when they sold me the online package that it will take more than 10 days. I thought the migration would be instant like a backup file.
In the meanwhile I had to continue working on my desktop version which now makes it difficult for me to check whether the files have been transferred correctly.
I have done an additional 10 days of work.
This is not by any means the fault on MMC side. I think Quickbooks should have explained the process better.
Anyone interested in migrating to online, just make sure you can go for a couple of days without using the program whilst the migration is in operation.
Other than that MMC have done there best.

QBD to QBO
These guys always a great job. I have used them a couple times before to do data migration from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks online and they have always delivered. I would highly recommend them.

Knowledgeable, responsive and timely!
The team was very responsive and kept me posted with the migration process throughout the duration of the activity. They finished the task on time as estimated earlier. I mainly interacted with Rashmi and she came across as extremely knowledgeable.

MMC Convert managed our conversion from Xero to Quickbooks Online and, based on our experience, I would highly recommend them. Our conversion was particularly complex because of the large number of transactions and the way we had been handling overpayments and refunds in Xero. MMC Convert Staff did an exceptional job of keeping us informed throughout the process and answering any questions we had. They not only met the deadline but provided excellent support and guidance along the way.

The only issue that I found was that…
The only issue that I found was that when converting from Hosted to Reckon One, Reckon One does not have the Accounts Payable structure as in Hosted. It would be useful to tell Hosted users converting to Reckon One that this is the case and a solution would be to remove any unpaid bills from Hosted before the conversion.

Fantastic experience with MMC Convert
Fantastic experience with MMC Convert. Moved from QBO to Xero. Daily communication on status with delivery on time at 100% accuracy. They took care of setting up the entire file, COA, and transferring the subscription. This was after trying an alternative service provider who could not deliver. Same file, way different experience. 10/10 would use them again.
