I want a refund
i never got my item and the only communication i got was from Sean who said it would take 5 hours 12 hours ago then i never got the option to refund. live chat also stoped working and i never got to see why it was taking so long. i want a refund.

still waiting for my money back...
Not able to deliver my purchase in time, bad communication, answering in time but very vague for explaining the reason why they weren't able to deliver my purchase, I told "Sean" that i'll give them two more days before canceling the transaction...they didn't wait for my validation and canceled it, i'm still waiting for my money back.

I ordered $200+ solaris for dune awakening game and waited for almost 4 hours and I got an email said the ordered was Completed but I dont have the solaris that I ordered. I hope this site wont scammed me.

Received gold.. a little late.
Received gold 8 hours later. By that time the auction item I wanted the gold for was no longer available and I might have to wait months for it to pop up again with it being so rare. They did deliver the gold though.

Not Good/Scam maybe
i placed an order and i am still waiting on delivery
at first befor placing my order i was in chat talking to an actual person who was a bit rude at time but nothing crazy, now that my order has already been placed hours ago i am getting a robot in the chat. in the email it stated 30min-1hour delivery time im at hour 12 now with no response and no delivery, this is not good service and fasle advertisement i will most likely call my bank and try to get a refund. on that note this review will stay unless some staff reaches out to me and fixes this problem.
