Horrible communication
I placed an order an got my confirmation. I was told in there delivery in 30 mins to an hour. Five days later nothing. Email was unanswered. I did reach them via live chat the next day and was told they were out of stock and it should be another day or 2. With that information I figured ok I can wait. Now 3 days after that I am done. Went to the live chat and no response. 20 minutes with no response to my request to cancel and receive a refund that they had previously offered. I understand being out of stock etc but it was only communicated after the purchase and the timeframe was not accurate clearly.
UPDATE: I contacted again through live chat and money was refunded. Still unhappy with communication level.

Paid for gold
Paid for gold. They took 8 days to tell me they didn't have it. Every time I talk to someone they have different info contradictory to the last. Lied about the server being wrong. Other 4 and 5-star reviews seem fake. Dont buy gold from mmojugg.

Terrible Service/Scam
Well, I ordered some in game currency and MMOJUGG hasn't delivered it. The description stated fast delivery and easy trading for the currency. That obviously hasn't been the case. Nor have they answered any chat messages. This is most likely a scam website.

Used it to buy some stuff for PoE2…
Used it to buy some stuff for PoE2 because I don’t have enough Magic Find and the grind was brutal. Man, like a ten dollar bill later and my character is nicely leveled and I saved myself 2 days of boring grinding. Delivery was within minutes. Worth it.

Falsely advertised / Scam
Falsely advertised. Random roll seems like you will get the worst roll you guys decide. You need to explain better. I asked the trade dealer and could not do anything. I also got a corrupted item which I can’t do anything with. Will share with friends not to use this service.

Hello!
We are sorry for the random roll issue, we are currently working on refining the entire shopping process by splitting the items and modifiers, in the future players will be able to select the required modifier and value in the checkout process after selecting the BASES. If you really feel uncomfortable, you can come to online customer service to find us, I will give you a FULL REFUND, when the time to provide the order number and this screenshot can be. I won't ask you any questions.
Best Regards

Timely & Affordable
I have used this service several time and it has been an awesome experience. The group running the site work very hard to get you what you need within an hour and the prices are very cheap! There has only been one time where we missed each other, and it was my fault because I had to get offline but I received and email and they waited on me to get back online to deliver. Trust!

it is a scam
it is a scam. suppose you order throne and liberty luccent from PSN only server. they will say they have stock but end up not answering you and not delivering for you. Please have more people complain about their service and have their website shut down for violation/scam. I will continue to complain about this until the website is taken down. it is not fair to us consumers to be treated like this. Please everyone out there. Please support this post and put it on Reddit and make sure this website no longer exists.
