A scam. They deducted £37.72 without me knowing who they were or how they got my details. Me and my wife were home all day and didn’t use our cards so a mystery. I called the bank who will attempt to stop it as it is currently pending due to go out in 14 days time. If you see an amount for MOB.FACEYOGA.FIT contact your bank immediately!

Total scam. But I was successful with getting a refund from them through Wise (wise.com) and correct legal claims against them. It started on April 12th and last week I got my money back.

Use a lawyer or ChatGPT/Claude to help you with the situation and start the dialogue with your bank. They have a way to do the chargeback if you do your claim correctly.

Arnaque totale. Je me retrouve avec un prélèvement mensuel de 49,99US alors que j’ai uniquement demandé un essai gratuit que j’ai résilié dans la foulée. De plus, pour moi, ce n’était pas sur ce site mais sur un site de yoga sur chaise! Je n’arrive, bien évidemment pas à retrouver ma résiliation. Obligée de faire opposition à ma carte bancaire.

Von meiner Kreditkarte wurden 49 $ abgebucht, ohne dass ich bei dieser Firma etwas bestellt habe !!!!

I have no idea how but they took $49.99 from my account, not sure how they scammed me but coincidentally it was the same day that i purchased a domain name from cloudfare, this was also in dollars. The only thing I have ever purchased in dollars so not sure if it was somehow linked.
Anyway I have emailed them to say this is not a purchase I want and would like a refund (dont even know how to access it) They dont respond!

Das ist eine Fake-Betrugsfirma, ich war weder auf der Seite dieser Firma, noch habe ich eine Dienstleistung oder Waren bestellt oder beauftragt.

Absoluter Betrug!!

FRAUDE! Er is onterecht geld afgeschreven van mijn rekening. Niet geautoriseerd door mij. Ben 79 jaar, man, heb totaal geen yoga nodig voor mijn gezicht.
Bedrijf gemail, via hun site klacht formulier ingevuld . Heb gevraagd om deze zogenaamde abonnement te stoppen en geld terug te storten.
Bedrijf reageert nergens op.

Vandaag ontdekt dat ook bij mij €43,32 gereserveerd staat (met herhaling)) op mijn visa creditcard. Ook in maart werd zo’n bedrag in rekening gebracht. Bedrijf zelf antwoordt dat het om een ander bedrijf gaat. Heb inmiddels ook nieuwe creditcard aangevraagd. Ken het bedrijf helemaal niet en weet ook niet op welke wijze ik een abonnement zou hebben genomen. Ben in deze handel totaal niet geïnteresseerd. Heeft iemand een tip hoe dit anderzins aan te pakken?

FRAUD! I never took out a subscription, yet $49.99 is being charged to my credit card. It is incomprehensible how this is possible and how they get away with it. The only way to get rid of this is to request a new credit card as soon as possible. It is a scam, and credit card companies are happily going along with it!

I do not know this company. No app or contract. Nothing. Nevertheless they charge my account on a monthly basis and they do not answer my mails.

Mi-au fost luati 49.99 USD din cont fara autorizarea mea. nu am avut niciodata abonament la mob.faceyoga.fit si nici macar nu am stiut ca exista. Acesta este un site de hoti.

Er is een bedrag van 34,16 euro van mijn rekening afgeschreven zonder dat ik iets besteld had. Dit zijn duidelijk oplichters. Ik heb melding gemaakt bij de Consumentenbond.

Scam! please avoid, they keep trying to charge you every second day even if you are not their customer. The customer service is acting as they don't know what is going on, keep asking you to provide your card details
