Een tweetal weken geleden schreef ik hierop een review betreffende mobellex en hun vreselijke klantenservice. Na herhaaldelijk vragen voor een retourticket, aangezien ik absoluut niet tevreden ben met het product (Slechte kwaliteit, niet volgens foto's en website), ben ik hier opnieuw met een review zodanig dat ze eindelijk zouden antwoorden op mijn mail, want enkel zo komt er schot in de zaak.

BETRUG!!
Handelsregister ist auf eine Firma in München eingetragen und alles andere auf Hamburg.
Ware wird nicht geliefert und ein Kontakt ist auch nicht möglich.
anzeige ist gestellt!

Nach langem Hin und Her, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass Sie nicht liefern können, jedoch erst auf Nachfrage nach einem Monat wo meine Bestellung bleibt!

Rückerstattung bis heute nur für eine von 2 Bestellungen erhalten.

Bereits vor einem Monat wurde mir die Rücküberweisung zugesagt, bisher keine Antwort auf meine E-Mails und keine Rückerstattung.

Ich rate jedem nur ab hier zu bestellen.

Kurz gesagt, es handelt sich um Betrug und ich verspreche Ihnen eine gerechte Vergeltung.

In short, this is fraud and i promise you just retribution.

Ich habe am 30.März 2025 einen Sonnenschirm-Ersatzbezug bestellt und sofort bezahlt.
Eine Woche später wurde die Rechnung ohne Rücksprache storniert und das Geld angeblich erstattet. Das Geld ist nie zurück überwiesen worden. Die Ware nicht geliefert! Auf mehrere Mails wurde nicht geantwortet, mehrere Anrufversuche auf der angegebenen Handy-Nr. landen in einer Mailbox, kein Rückruf!
Wenn ich diese Bewertungen früher gelesen hätte, wäre mir dieser Betrug erspart geblieben.

J'ai passé commande le 3 mars pour un salon de jardin complet à 577.16 euros. Cette somme m'a été débitée tout de suite en moins de 24h !! Depuis plus aucune réponse de leur part, ni à mes courriels, personne ne répond au téléphone, communication exécrable. Et lorsque l'on fait une recherche sur la société Mobellex on constate que le 15 rue Dietzweg a Hambourg correspond à 1 immeuble !!!
J'ai commandé la référence 3225145 et il est noté 171 en stock
Si pas de réponse à ce message, je porte plainte dés ce lundi

I hate to give bad reviews. But I have ordered two kitchen cabinets on Fabruary 14th, and today, March 8th, I haven't recieved neither the furnitures nor an explanaiton. I have sent a lot of mails to the company, and only twice have been answered. They said that they have recieved the order, but they don't know what happened with it. I am very disappointed. I have started an offitial reclamation and I will send it on Monday If I have no news.

Hice un pedido (#536311) el 21 de enero de 2025 y todavía no lo he recibido, a pesar de enviar un correo electrónico el día 15 de febrero y no tener respuesta.
Pero para cobrar el dinero sí que van rápidos.

Edito el 21 de marzo: Han transcurrido dos meses.
Si antes del próximo lunes no recibo ni el mueble ni el dinero comunicaré los datos de esta estafadora a la UDT de la Guardia Civil

I ordered 2 chairs on the 3rd of Februay. Unfortunately I have paid for them instantly, because now, more than 3 weeks later I have nothing received . I did sent 2 e-mails, I have tried to call twice and left a message. No response at all!! No information about delay, No track and trace. This seems like fraude. I am very dissapointed!

Ich habe eine Bestellung getätigt, sofort bezahlt und bis heute keine Ware, geschweige denn eine Reaktion auf meine versuchte Kontaktaufnahme erhalten. Unseriös und stinkt nach Betrug. Mein Geld habe ich verloren. Anzeige folgt!

I placed an order on February 6th. I did receive an order confirmation and an invoice but no track and trace. I did sent an email and didn’t get any response. The phone number does not exist.

Today is February 26th and Mobellex.de still hasn't figured anything out.

I finally received my order and it looks very good. I am happy with that. It is a pity that the communication went so badly.

Ich will und muss hier anderes berichten. Die Kommunikation mit Florentzya Felsendorff ist hervorragend. Es dauert manchmal ein paar Tage, aber ich habe für eine Rücksendung alle Infos erhalten und das Unternehmen hat sich äußerst kulant verhalten. Fehler können immer auftreten, wenn man sich aber so wie das Unternehmen Mobellex verhält, kann ich nur sagen: Respekt!

i never received any answer from this shop, not email, not by phone, i called, and nothing. is a scam, i payed by paypall. i never received the product i buy, more than 300 euros. i report to police and to paypal. is just incredible how they can steal the money fropm people.
Update: they answer the same day I put the review, and say it only passed 8 days out of 10 for the product to arrive but they NEVER sent any link of the courier, Nothing! Nada de nada ! Usually when you buy a product, they let you know through email, when the product is sent, and which courier, and the tracking number of the courier. They want to make people bealive that in 2 days I’ll receive the product I bought from their web? But man, no tracking number. I asked the money back and also nothing.

Ho ordinato il 9 di gennaio dei comodini. Ricevuto la mail di conferma dell’ordine e poi il venditore è sparito. Nessuna risposta alle decine di mail, ai contatti telefonici, whatsapp, facebook o altro.
Penso di essere stata truffata. Arriverà mail il mio ordine?

Bei Mobellex.ch habe ich im Shop 1 Set Stehtische à 4 Stück bestellt und gleich bezahlt. Bestätigung über die Bestellung und den Eingang der Zahlung erhalten, nachher rein gar nichts mehr, Telefon, Mail, alles wird nicht beantwortet, kein Rüpckruf oder Mail. Die Ware wird aus Deutschland versendet, sofern sie überhaupt vorhanden ist...Langsam riecht das nach Betrug, ich bin stinksauer. Geschäftsführung Florentzya Felsendorff??? Hände weg von dieser Bruchbude!!!

Mobellex hat am 27.1.2025 den vorausbezahlten Betrag zurückerstattet.

Ich hatte das Bett bestellt und war echt überrascht, wie schnell es rausgeschickt wurde – das sah man auch sofort in der Sendungsverfolgung. Aber dann passierte zwei Tage lang nichts, und ich dachte schon, mein Paket wäre irgendwo verschwunden. Also hab ich bei GLS angerufen, aber irgendwie kam ich dort nicht weiter.

Zum Glück hat Frau Felsendorff vom Mobellex-Team das am nächsten Morgen für mich geregelt. Mein Paket war sofort wieder unterwegs, und dazu gab’s sogar noch 10% Rabatt als Entschuldigung, obwohl Mobellex überhaupt nichts dafür konnte! Die Lieferung war ohnehin schon kostenlos – das fand ich wirklich klasse.

Heute kam das Bett an, und ich bin absolut zufrieden. Tolle Qualität für einen super Preis und ein Kundenservice, der wirklich hilft. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Die gelieferte Palettenbank war leider von schlechter Qualität. Der Kundenservice war sehr bemüht eine Lösung zu finden, damit man als Kunde zufrieden ist. Es gab einen akzeptablen Preisnachlass. Vielen Dank.
