I have been using MobiDoctor for consultations regarding hair loss treatment. After the first consultation, my prescription was issued and all I had to do was fax it to the pharmacy, which is very easy: you literally just press a button on the website and the prescription is sent immediately to the pharmacy through fax. The pharmacy then proceeded to check the validity of the prescription and I got my medicine right away.
If you are in Denmark, keep in mind that prescriptions issued from the EU are legal only through fax, not email.

After the first prescription, when I needed a refill, I just logged in to the platform and clicked in the refil button. My prescription was issued once my doctor checked everything and approved it, which took only a few minutes, probably cos I requested that during office hours. But before you request, they let you know how long it takes. The system is very neat, the prices are fair, and most important, the support is top notch: I had some problems when I was in the pharmacy for the 4th time, since they didn't know how to proceed to process my prescription. I got in contact with MobiDoctor support through chat, and they helped me while I was still at the pharmacy and then everything ended up well.

I can only recommend MobiDoctor. I can't have access to the Danish Health System yet, since my residence documents are still being processed, but I would use their app even if I could, because it can take months or even years for you to get a consultation for this kind of treatment, and you can do it through MobiDoctor right away, effortlessly.

I had an issue where several Apotheken in Berlin were rejecting my receipt, and I was unable to get the prescribed medicine locally. The Mobidoctor EU team stepped in immediately and even contacted a local Apotheke on my behalf. Thanks to their effort, the issue was resolved and I was finally able to get my medicine without any further trouble.

Their support was fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciate how proactive they were in making sure I got what I needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and responsive medical support in Europe.

Easy to book and cheaper than any local doctor. I was able to get help with medical weight loss drugs without judgement.

It took me some time to understand how to go through the process because it wasnt super clear.. However the doctor was wonderful and kind and listened to my issues. And when I had questions, I chatted with Christ who always answered immediately and clearly. It is nice to have that contact where someone answers immediately (very rare!) I was so happy that I booked another appointment for another small issue I had... I love that they are available quickly.... sometimes you cannot wait 2-3 weeks for your family doctors schedule. I recommend this.....

No response No customer service

I had a consultation paid 214.00 dollars stressed to the doctor that I was in Finland and they were super strict…and that they had to have a certain prescription . She assured me that there would be no problem. I went to three pharmacies and they refused to fill the prescription. I have been trying to get a refund….i paid for something I could not get! I am waiting still for a response. NOTHING for three days now!

Horrible customer service when helping the customer but quick to collect the money.

I was able to meet virtually with an English-speaking doctor and get my prescriptions refilled. I recently moved to France and am learning French. It's been difficult to find doctors who speak at least some English, and there is a long wait time for those appointments. This Mobidoctor service has alleviated a lot of stress by refilling the prescriptions to hold me over until my appointment here in France. Thank you.

I used Mobi Doctor twice, and my second experience was very disappointing.

During my first visit, the pricing was clear upfront (about $30). However, on my second use, I was charged over $230 more. The final price was not shown to me before processing the payment—my credit card information was already on my profile so I only saw the full charge afterward on the receipt. Based on my previous experience, I reasonably expected the cost to be similar.

I contacted customer support immediately after noticing the discrepancy. They acknowledged the issue and agreed to process a refund, but despite this assurance, the refund has still not been completed.

I’m leaving this review because transparency in pricing and follow-through on refunds are essential. I would appreciate this being resolved promptly.

the doctor was quick but very helpful. so thankful I found this service

I scheduled an appointment online which should have been a video call. I joined 10 minutes early, as suggested by Mobidoctor. I tested my camera and microphone to ensure everything would work, which it did. I waited 9 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin. The doctor never joined the call. I finally received a chat message from a "doctor" where I was asked 2 questions. I did get my prescription but I did not get what I paid for from Mobidoctor. This was not a video consultation. I was not asked any relevant questions even though this would be my first time taking this medication. This will be the last time I use Mobidoctor because you don't get what you pay for and what is promised.

Furthermore, the owner has threatened legal action against me for expressing my dissatisfaction. He initially threatened to withhold my refund until I remove this review. You can read other negative reviews in TrustPilot. This is his behavior. I have everything documented including the nasty and unprofessional messages he sent me to try to intimidate me. I have also reported this company to regulatory organizations and agencies for further investigation.

They finally issued my refund after I complained to a number of agencies. Good riddance!

Our family using Mobi Doctor for a lot of visits. It is the best, most convenient, affordable visits we have found anywhere.

Mobidoctor quite literally saved my life, and Chris, the company’s co‑founder, deserves an enormous amount of credit for going far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect from customer support. I was in Denmark as a diabetic traveler, at genuine risk of diabetic ketoacidosis, and completely unable to obtain insulin at local pharmacies due to the way the Danish pharmaceutical system handles prescriptions and insulin types. Every other avenue I tried was failing, and time was running out.

Chris stepped in personally, walked me through the intricacies of the Danish system, and negotiated pragmatically with the pharmacy and Mobidoctor’s medical team to get an insulin prescription that could actually be dispensed where I was. His patience, deep knowledge of both local requirements and Mobidoctor’s processes, and sheer willingness to stay on the line until the issue was resolved were nothing short of heroic.

This wasn’t just “good service”—it was a lifesaving intervention delivered with empathy, expertise, and tireless follow‑through. I will never forget how Chris showed up for me in a moment of real medical crisis, and I wholeheartedly recommend Mobidoctor to anyone who may ever need urgent, cross‑border medical support while traveling in Europe.
