The product itself was abysmal. I have fitted several screen protectors to mobile phones. This particular brand, for the life of me created large bubbles that were not able to be removed. 45 mins I spent attempting to smooth them out so the screen/phone could be useful. The product was ripped off after an hour of use. Totally non functional. Unable to view screen, fingerprint scan stop working, etc, etc

Dear Mark,
We are sorry to hear that you have had issues applying the 3D Full Coverage Tempered Glass Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy S20+
Please note that the "3D Full Coverage Tempered Glass Screen Protector" is a curved glass protector, it must follow and match the curvature of the screen to fully adhere. We are happy to send you a replacement screen protector, free of charge (via regular mail) so you can have another attempt at applying it to your screen. If you wish for us to do this, please contact us via email with your preferred delivery address.
Please don't hesitate to contact us should you have any queries or want any more tips.
Kind regards
Sam
Cheap screen protector that had imperfections in the glass that were visible before being applied to the phone. Seems to be no adhesive in the middle of the screen protector which caused huge air bubbles, after a number of attempts threw it away and bought a better quality one.
Seems so far good
