DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I am very upset about the phone I was sent recently by FLEX MOBILE. Not only was it packed like a 4y/o did it but the phone itself was demolished externally and I paid close to $600 for it! Do better. I would not trust this site the sellers are very dishonest (whoever is running the shop) I was sent a damaged phone and was also told I need to pay a restocking fee, not happening if I am not refunded in full my credit card company will be involved as the phone was returned in the poor condition it was sent to me. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Also I am just finding out now another phone I got about a year ago from them is having hardware issues (it is being sent out for further assessment). I will not be buying here again as if something was sent out like this. Save your money and invest in new or a repair. I feel like this was a huge waste of my time and money. They got the return yesterday and I am still waiting to be refunded.

We believe there may be some confusion — we’re not the same company you purchased your phone from. Flex Mobile (mobile.flexau.com) only provides digital travel eSIMs for international use — we don’t sell or ship any physical phones or devices.
It sounds like your experience may be with a different retailer using a similar name. We’d recommend double-checking your order confirmation email or receipt for their correct contact details.
