DO NOT USE. Sent my husbands phone away and it showed delivered on the 18th of Feb. We are now on the 24th and I have not heard anything from them despite emailing them. The Royal Mail tracking page now shows there is an issue with tracker and I can’t help but think I’ve sent the phone away so scammers. Will be contacting email claims

Awful company - do not trust. Made order to return iPad in June! They halved the payment offer and then ignored 10 emails and formal complaint. I’m now escalating to small claims court and retail ombudsman. I will re-post again on here with an update. They have to date ignored nearly 4 months’ of correspondence.

I completely forgot to send my phone off for a few months (getting a bit senile over here 🙃), and honestly thought I'd missed the boat. They still gave me the same price and even sent me a new label like it was no big deal.
Really good service, proper straightforward, no messing about. You can actually talk to real people too not just some chatbot or automated email. Feels like a company run by decent humans, which is rare these days.
Highly recommend if you're selling a device. Super easy and they actually care.

I sent my iPad Pro to Mobile Jungle because I wasn’t happy with the £50 offer from Mazuma. To my surprise mobile jungle only offered me £27 which I certainly wasn’t happy with. I asked them to send my iPad back to me only to be told it would cost me £3.95 (Mazuma sent my iPad back to me free of charge). I also sent my iPad in its original box which I’d kept hold of for 5 years, as it says to do on the mobile jungle website. I’ve no idea why they can’t send it back to me in its original box, instead I get standard cardboard package. Safe to say I’ll never use this company again.

I wouldn't use jungle mobile they emailed me saying my phone was faulty offering me £10 I requested that I'd like my phone sent back to me they then stated that I'd have to get my own courier or I pay £3.95 so I can use there courier to send my phone back to me so I emailed back ok I'll pay the postage and I've had no payment link sent to me and there ignoring my emails and not answering there phone just goes to show if you don't accept there offer there in no hurry to send your property back to you ,so I'm currently waiting for a response so I can get my phone back !!! Finally got my phone back and sent it to Mazuma mobile and they said my phone was in perfect working condition and paid me £75 be careful who you choose !!

Second sale this year to them and again great experience with prompt payment. They seem to be more honest than the other resellers, the pixel 7 i sent was tested and I received full payment in less than 24 hours. I had already sent this same phone to fonehouse whit claimed it had severe screen burn and was worth £20. This is the second phone I have sent to them that other companies said there was a fault. For the £5 to £10 less they offer originally it's still not worth looking elsewhere as this will be a genuine offer as long as you're honest about your phone at the start

Mobile jungle sent a box and postage label, sent it off the same day (Wednesday) received full amount in my bank account on Friday late morning. Thank you, brilliant service. Highly recommend

Parcel came promptly with the packing, good quality box + bubble envelope, went back fine. Was paid within 24 h of arrival the agreed price, so all good as far as I was concerned. Also gave the best trade in price for the item that I could find (iPad 7, 2019, 32 Gb Wifi version)
