Absolutely brilliant service from Radu tonight...the mechanism on my UPVC door had gone and I was unable to open it. I called him, I was given an approximate cost over the phone and he arrived within 30 mins. Door like brand new now, just in time for the heatwave!! 100% would recommend and use again 👍

I called Radu and needed some help on one of my properties and he was polite on the phone and came in 15 minutes and also mentioned I can come out any time you need help.As a landlord I will definitely keep his number and definitely would pass his number to whoever requires help. He was also very fast with his job and very knowledgeable. I've used other locksmiths in the past but Radu was very reasonable priced and good with the job.

Fast, honest and no damage

I got locked out of my house and called Radu for help. He arrived within 30 minutes, unlocked the door with no damage and was very professional from start to finish.

The price was also around half of what I had been quoted by another locksmith before calling him, which was a huge relief.

Radu arrived within half an hour of us calling on a Saturday afternoon, our front door lock broke and we are locked in. He was able to unlock the door and the cause of the problem was quickly identified and fixed within an hour of arrival. We were also lucky that Radu carried spare parts so no waiting for parts to be ordered. The work completed was guaranteed for 12 months. Radu is both professional and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. I would definitely use his services again.

Fast to unlock my Mercedes, because it locked itself somehow. Ive called Radu and he showed up in about 20 minutes, altough he said he will be within the hour. He used a special key to do the job. Was quick, and he kniws what he is doing. Decent prices aswell, so definetly recommend!
