Everything went smoothly, took less than two weeks and I didn't have to follow anything up. The only thing I would like to be different is for insurance to be available with free postage.

There was a bit of a hiccup in the beginning for some reason possibly a Australia Post issue the satchel to this day have never arrived. In hindsight i should have sent the phones myself once i did the the process was smooth communication very prompt. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend actually my son is going through the process as i type this.
