I have used this company several times now to sell my unwanted devices. They are definitely the best when it comes to quick payout and best value for your device. After receiving the device the funds were in my account within a couple of hours. They give you the option to wait for a box and label to send off your item or if you want to do it quicker you have the option to go to the post office and send it at your cost. Very helpful customer service when needed and very professional. Will definitely use this company in the future and also told my whole family and my friends about them!! 5 star service!

First of all. They actually send you a special delivery bag for you to post your item in. They only received my order this morning and after they did all the checks and kept me updated with everything I received my payout within an hour of being told that is was finalised. Amazing

Honestly so seamless. Sent phone off in their packaging (which I received next day from when I placed my order) they then received it the next morning, and i was paid out same day. I was abit weary about this as I'd not heard of this website but after looking through reviews and information online it seemed legit and they were offering more than anywhere else price wise. It sounded too good to be true but I was pleasantly surprised! The whole process was simple, quick and clear from start to finish. My pack arrived the following day with clear instructions, prepaid postage through royal mail, next day before 1pm devilvery and tracking provided for peace of mind. Sure enough they received it the next day and contacted me promptly, they needed me to sign the documents and email over some extra information like proof or ID. I did so and half an hour later I got another email to say it had been approved and money was in my account almost instantly. Would 100% use again. Much better than bigger names like music magpie and CEX!
