Went in for a new phone battery. Paid £89 for one and it wasn’t an Apple one but I was told it would work the same. Everytime my phone was on charge or I was on facetime, it would get extremely hot and my battery was draining just as fast. Sometimes it would say it was on 80% and then die. They tried telling me it was because of the hot weather. Ended up getting my old battery put it and took it to Apple who put a new battery in for only £70.

All was well, the youngest man helped with my issue. Due to my issue i had to return the next day to collect my device.
the only think that did not sit well with me was when the 2 men started discussing my issue in there language just made me feel slightly uncomfortable, as I did not know what was being said and i was all by myself. other than that I am very happy they sorted it. thank you
