Meaning as soon as you are ready, so are we. We carry the parts including the bends we need for almost every stair configuration and build your stairlift bespoke to your Staircase. After talking with your dedicated agent to answer any questions and talk through the process we will conduct a home visit to suit you, with our Mobility First Expert Installer. We encourage you to invite anyone you would like to be a part of the decision, such as family members or friends. If you decide to go ahead that day, we’ll be able to install your lift that very same day. We will never apply any pressure, we appreciate it is a big decision and none of our conversations or visits carry any obligation, this is our guarantee to you.

Mobility 1st class!
From the very first call to Kate, to the installation, I cannot praise Mobility 1st enough. Straight away I felt that this was a company I could trust. Unlike other companies, Mobility 1st offered the product we wanted and were very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. Installation was the same, installer was caring and professional taking his time explaining everything to my 93 year old mother. 10/10 service, so refreshing!

Moblity 1st - First Class Serice
My wife and I have lived in our current three bedroom two storey house for 58 years. We put everything we had into buying the house when we were in our mid twenties, with myself juggling two jobs to pay the mortgage. It is obvious we loved it here and never ever thought about having to leave, until forced to do so by circumstances.
Just over a year ago my wife developed balance and mobility issues resulting in several falls. To make matters worse she developed arthritis in her knees, making tackling the stairs extremely difficult and hazardous. We decided a stairlift would give us at least a few more years here.
FollowingCustomers' Reviews we opted for a used lift from Mobility 1st. The service we received was first class, with everything explained as we went along, and an installation date fixed. Two days before I had a text giving a rough ETA between 0800 and 1000 hours, for the fitter to come. On the morning of the installation I received another text giving a more precise time of 0915. The fitter arrived five minutes before that, following an almost three hour journey. His name was Tom, a very likeable, personable young man, with 15 years experience under his belt. After providing him with a well deserved cup of coffee, we left him to it. He told us it might take about two hours to install. Just a shade over an hour later he called us to say the installation had been done. The Lift was superb, looking a if it were brand new. He ran through all the details with us, and got my wife to try the lift out, which was extremely simple.
We found the whole experience absolutely faultless, with everything explained in detail. We have to say we are delighted with our 'new' stairlift, and can only give 100% marks for everything, the equipment and service.

Incredibly Friendly Professional and Respectful Company
We recently had a stair lift installed by Mobility 1st and honestly cannot thank them enough. Tom who carried out the installation, was incredibly friendly, professional and respectful throughout. He treated my Mother with such dignity and respect and was also very considerate of her home.
The job itself was extremely challenging to say the least, but thanks to Toms expertise and determination, he managed to complete it successfully. Seeing my Mum come downstairs in her chair lift for the first time was such an emotional moment for me.
My Mother had 4th stage Lung Cancer, and being able to get downstairs again has truly given her back some quality of life.That means more to us than words can express. From start to finish, the service from Mobility 1st has been absolutely faultless. I am so deeply grateful from the bottom of my heart. Thank you so much.

Great service

Mike, the engineer was professional from start to finish. His explanation of the problems were clear and concise and talked me through the process during the repair, which was extremely informative and helpful. Excellent service
I contacted Mobility 1st looking for a new or replacement stairlift for my Mother in Law whose existing stairlift had broken down and the previous supplier was unable to repair it.
Mike met us on Friday ( 15th May) and reviewed the existing stair case and then offered us a like for like replacement at a fair price. There has been a sense of urgency as My Mother in Law has not been able to stay at her house.
Mike personally agreed to come along on the following Monday (18th May) and fit the stair lift himself.
Mike was brilliant. He explained clearly what he was doing at every stage of the refit, and was extremely courteous and polite. He went above and beyond to help us out in such a short space of time.

We would highly recommend Mobility 1st for anyone looking for a high class service .

When i decided i needed a stairlift
When i decided i needed a stairlift, i was so glad i chose Mobility 1st.
Kate contacted me after my first enquiry.Her service was superb and she guided me through the process.
She put my mind to rest from my 1st enquiry until the installation in just over a week.
She also phoned me on the day of installation to inform me that the fitter had been delayed due to bad traffic. She gave me a new time of arrival, much appreciated.
What can i say about Tom the fitter?
He was so well mannered and polite. So professional, efficient and very kind.He explained everything in great detail, especially when he demonstrated the stairlift.
Nothing was no trouble for him , plus he was so very clean and tidy.

Exceptional service
From the first phonecall to the stairlift being installed it was just over a week. Excellent service from everyone we dealt with, Mike came to do the quote and put my nan's mind at rest about everything. Kate on the phone made it all so easy and Tom fitted it so quickly, explained it all very well and left no mess. Would recommend to anyone think about getting a stairlift installed.
