Highly recommended mobility company. Used scooters are always well prepped and of good quality. If something does go wrong they will always sort it for you. Very trustworthy and seem to genuinely care for their customers.

I initially browsed their website many times over a few months and was pleased with the look and facts regarding the scooters.
The reviews they had are very favourable,okay you can't please everyone but I was satisfied.
Looked at the scooter I wanted did my trade in bit and am now the proud owner of a TGA Vita S in excellent condition.
Big thanks to Katie in the office and to Ceaser who delivered my new scooter all the way upto Scotland.

I bought my scooter a few months ago and the company have been excellent. They were quick to come out when it needed a repair and also loan me a scooter whilst it was taken in. On all occasions the staff have been very kind and helpful, a friendly face and especially given they come early in the day to me I cannot fault at all their cheerful and helpful attitude.
I would definitely recommend the company.

All delivery arrangements were easy. Scooter delivered by Matthew very helpful, prompt and polite. So far very pleased with my scooter going to get lots of pleasure out of it.

A staff member quickly fixed a mix up about the delivery address. Guy, the young man who delivered the scooter, was polite and charming. He gave me a clear rundown on all my new scooter's functions. He even refused a tip! I was impressed with him. My third purchase from your company and the excellent service has been maintained.

only had the scooter for 3/4 weeks and only did about 31 miles , had a screeching noise , and developed a faultwith the elerctrics , not a good start, now wish I had not bought it.
Staff all very pleasent and helpful , delivered as promised , engineer arrived on time unforunatly couldn't fix the problem on site now waiting for the pick up and the repair to be completed.
For me a disapointing start.

Are you interested in buying the scooter back?. I’ve had to buy a car to get to my father who’s now in care home receiving palliative care. The home is 10 miles away in the country. It would be unsafe to use at night.
