No problems about swapping my old scooter, I had emails came straight through to confirm. We were given a date and a time slot and on the morning of delivery received another email narrowing time down and sure enough right on time a pleasant gentlemen called Lee arrived with my new scooter, quite humorous and went into good detail about the replacement scooter and the other services on offer such as breakdown recovery. When he left he said he hoped the scooter would more suit my needs, and to get in touch if any problems and to take care. Very satisfied.
Also a thought about the staff the helped when first choosing a replacement scooter they were extremely helpful

Extremely pleasant staff used before and certainly will keep using again and again fast delivery always top quality scooters can't go wrong with these guys thanks again for another great scooter 😀

From my initial contact with Lawrence who I understand is the big boss through to the delivery today which was only a week we were kept informed almost daily on the progress of the delivery
We also had a PX scooter which was inspected and taken away by a very friendly chap ‘Guy’ who also run through all the controls on the new scooter

When they left they said they hoped the scooter would more suit my partners needs, to get in touch if any problems and to take care. Very satisfied.

I contacted mobility giants 2 weeks ago, spoke to their sales rep, absolutely fantastic, explained everything, I ordered there and then, had delivery this morning 21/2 weeks , wow, the delivery engineer " Guy " was his name, wonderful he was, explained everything, from assembly to controls, had all the time to show me , not rushed, it was an absolute pleasure from sale to delivery. Thank you Guy, and thank you, Mobility Giant and the team for making this new experience so easy. I would definitely recommend yourselves to the disability world , we need people and companies like you to care , not just sell. Thankyouonce again.

This is the second time I have purchased a scooter from Mobility Giant. In my opinion they are an extremely good company and I would not hesitate in recommending them to any prospective buyer.

The scooter was delivered this morning on time. It was delivered by Mark who was efficient, friendly and very polite.

Excellent service polite and friendly staff always answered my questions and I was kept updated on my order I would most definitely deal with this company again and I would advise anyone who needs a mobility scooter to do the same

Ordered my new mobility scooter on a 3 year hire yesterday. Phonecall was easy and the paperwork all signed and sent over in less than a hour. Just waiting now for delivery.

Once again mobility giant has come through I part exchanged my scooter (I purchased from them ) wonderful company and the staff are very understanding and friendly the delivery service is excellent no complaints at all so much better than other companies I've used you get 12 months service and parts should they go wrong and they will also lend you a scooter if it breaks down (I've had 6 from them over the years )only because I upgrade it will not use another company

From start to finish the service was brilliant! Communication was constant throughout kept me up to date with the progress of my order. Guy W who delivered the scooter showed me everything I needed to know about its operation and was very courteous. The product itself is brilliant you can hardly tell is a reconditioned mobility scooter. I’d have no hesitation on recommending Mobitity giant.

Excellent sales team and on time delivery was great the delivery driver was fab and explained the workings of the scooter very clearly.
