Instructions supplied with scooter in Chinese .it goes on and the on.
Overall experience extremely poor and distressing.

IGo Folding Power wheel chair.

We bought the above power wheelchair for my nephew in Sri Lanka who is a CP patient. He is a journalist and we decided to get him a power wheelchair as that will make life so much easier for him.
The lady I spoke to over the phone was very helpful and gave me all the information I wanted to purchase and take it to Sri Lanka. My nephew is using it very happily and I strongly recommend this product.

Ordered a bath board and push-on shower head online. Fast delivery and fabulous customer service when I called with a query. Great products, do the trick and are sturdy. Would definitely order from them again.

A bit slow on delivery, purchased Scooter on Tuesday, told delivery would be Thursday or Friday, it was Thursday following week. A bit expensive for delivery considering it was only 20 mins from warehouse to my home.

I had nothing but adverse experience from the moment I ordered online to the eventual delivery. I ordered 2 bed wedges and was led to believe from the website that the product was available from our local store but found out later that it had to come from another state. The unacceptable wait for the NDIS application to be submitted, 3 whole working days in the middle of the week for my original order to even to be submitted to the NDIA. And then delivery happened a full week later even though the NDIS paid the next day after the application was submitted. I find this unacceptable for a company that is servicing people with disabilities that require this equipment for daily care. Would never order from this company again and would also not recommend them.

I purchased an aqualgel cushion and a walking frame recently. The staff didn't tell me the same walking frame has different sizes of wheels. So I brought the 6itches rather than 8itches because I didn't know the bigger wheels were existing. Later, I was advised by hospital OT that the 6itches walking frame is not safe for me because of my weight and balance. So I had to return it to the store with my sore legs. I also find out that you can buy the same equipment on their website/ebay store with much cheaper price, for example, an aquagel cushion is $499 in store and only $399 if you buy it online. However, no one mention about the online store when I visited the sore. I believe all customers have the rights to know so that customer then can decide where to buy. People who need the equipment from MobilityHQ are people with disability and illness, they are disadvantaged by not knowing the better options. So the store should let the customer know about the online store. I also experienced poor phone service when I tried to get refund. It took almost 2 weeks for me to get the money back. I was put through to different staff (approx. 5 staff) when I mentioned I wanted refund. Staff needs more training I believe. Overall, I will not recommend this store to anyone.

I purchases an Air Lift chair, the lady I spoke to on the phone was amazing, there were none available in Sydney and I needed a new chair urgently for my mother in a nursing home. She found one for me in Ballina and arranged for it to be delivered for my mother to Sydney within a week. The chair is brilliant.
Downside is I was promised a call advising me of a delivery date and also if it would be possible to take her old chair away, I received neither, I got a call from the nursing home advising me the chair had arrived and asking what I wanted them to do with the old chair. I live over 600 klms from Sydney so that created difficulties. Also there is no instruction manual with the chair so the staff have no idea how to adjust the seat depth to provide additional support for my mother's ankles, this was the main reason for choosing this chair. Not a priority but the colour of the chair is nothing like the photo, it is grey while the picture appears to be blue.
The nursing home staff are happy with the quality of the chair to suit my mother's needs at this time.

I purchased a ROHO cushion and was very pleased with the service I received. The cushion was as described in the advertisement, arrived on time and I received a phone call before delivery to let me know the delivery was to be delivered the next day and the approximate time. a fantastic service over and above many other companies.

A perching stool was recommended to me and I phoned Aidacare who were very helpful and I got my chair within a couple of days.

Marie was very helpful in helping with my order, with out her the order would not come to past, I got it the very next day after I order it, its was just what I need, and Thankyou again Marie

At the time of purchase we were giving the wrong information and then when we went to pick it up you had moved to a different location.

The path rider scooter is going great, it took 3 phone calls to get the rear bag as promised, the charger only worked 4 times, i have been waiting 2 weeks now for a replacement.being 24 volt I realy need the proper charger. A few problems but still a happy customer. Regards Noel.
