I had to wait 10 days for delivery but that was outside the seller’s control and I was kept informed by the delivery company. I was looking for a piece that I was not able to find in my home country (France). It was out of stock everywhere, and I was told it would not come back anytime soon. I’ve looked through Mobius website and ordered, it came quickly, the item was very well protected.

New ordered necktie chopard brand was in bad condition, visible snag in one place. Have called to shop and they advise me that this item was the last one in stock and it's not new.

Everyone polite and parcel arrived in good condition.
My only complaint is the long waiting time.

I ordered the orange and blue wrap me bracelet. The colors online were very bright orange and very bright blue. When the bracelet arrived, it looked brown and dark blue. Nothing like the picture online. I’m heartbroken because I am giving this to a woman who is the University of Florida fan and the colors are nowhere close.

Super quick delivery but it was delivered to my billing address rather than the shipping address I asked it to be sent to. In this case it was not a huge issue but it could have been.
