Really high quality stuff and reliable customer service. They sent me a few small gifts due to some delays. I highly recommend them!

Ordered feb 3rd 2021 for my daughters 18th birthday on the 28....I know shipping takes ages however I spent £250 on clothes and have only ever had 1 delivery of a Tshirt. Now I cant fault their response, but come on mochipan if Karen in conservatory hand knitting gloves for summer can get a delivery surely you can.

I am changing my review. We finally received all our items and we love them. They are quality pieces and super cute. Mochipan was willing to work with us and even refunded some of our money because of the delays. That says a lot about a company and I appreciate the attention that was given to us. We will certainly being keeping an eye on this one and looking for other cute items to order. Make sure that you are willing to wait for your items but it is worth it!

I ordered two sweaters and two skirts, and they arrived in abt three weeks! clothes were a bit pricier than my usual online buys, but totally worth it and super cute!!! The packaging is really nice, and customer support was really responsive.

I ordered some clothes a month and half ago for my girlfriend but a month went by and I hadn't received them so I was starting to get worried. I decided to contact customer service and I was met with great understanding and patience. There was a bit of a wait but I got my reply. They reassured me that the order was still on it's way which gave me great hope.

I was very familiar with some orders taking longer than others through others on their Instagram so I went into it expecting a wait but it felt a bit much at that point. Luckily, a week after the email the clothes arrived and I was relieved. Quality wasn't too bad either. She loved the clothes!

I'd definitely recommend the shop to others. Just have patience! Whether its towards the order itself or getting help. Persistence will get you the answers if you don't get them sooner than later!

The items that I received was nowhere near what the picture looked like, the material felt like costume wear and it wasn’t worth the amount of money I paid for it. I am still missing one item that I paid for and received zero support.

Clothing is cute, fits well, merchant is very communicative & eager to answer any questions or concerns promptly. Definitely recommend 👌✨!
