Good service when I ordered wrong size. However, clasp on wallet part wasn’t long enough to clasp and close the wallet. Looked a bit cheaper than I was expecting. Won’t be using unfortunately.
Very impressed with my phone case have two of them now easy to purchase quick on delivery and worth the money made well will buy again in the future

Not what I expected
Overall customer service experience was good, now the case itself is another story, unfortunately it did not fit well, the design does not meet the expectations for the device. I would have liked to keep the case but seems like the quality of the item is poor. Maybe quality control should be improved.

Not quite right wallet

Not great
Came in kind of misshaped. Did not cover one of the corners very well and also looked very used. It had scratches and the corners looked like it had been dropped quite a few times. Not super happy and the shipping took a long time. Won’t order here again

Hi, the case is not used, just one very thin protective film on the surface please tear off it as soon as you receive the case. Also if you receive a case it seems dropped or misshaped, maybe it broke on the way, please contact us and we will send one new case to you again.
