Thanks for sharing your feedback and we are really sorry for the confusion. We know the recent migration was a big change, and it’s totally understandable that some past transactions might be hard to remember.
We looked into your account and saw that the $22 was spent just before the migration in May. To help clear things up, we sent you an email with a copy of your statement showing those details. Regarding the card issue, we want to let you know that your card was temporarily disabled due to a system migration. We're currently in the final stages of this process.

Hi Monica,

We truly appreciate you sharing your experience and are very sorry for the frustration during this migration. You’re absolutely right—it’s taken longer than expected, and we understand how disruptive that’s been, especially for families who rely on Modak day to day.
We want you to know that ODFI transfers (ACH withdrawals) are now live, so funds can be moved to an external bank. Additionally, we’re optimistic that virtual card access will be restored next week, with physical card ordering to follow shortly after. We’ll be expediting shipping to minimize delays wherever possible.
