Originally i got the card for my oldest, and then we added my middle child and now my youngest one has one. We love that we can keep track of their spending habits and they can see how much they earn... Ver mais

My experience with this company is really good it is really kid friendly and I’m loving this app a lot I’m able to use my money wisely with this app it is really great. my Modak card came in really fast that was great.I also love the customer service it is great. overall I really think this is a really great app.

Even in unpleasant situations.....

This is the 2nd time now unfortunately that our sons card has been compromised or stolen. After reaching out the representatives not only always help me calm myself some but ensure that we will get to the bottom of it all so they can fix it. I am grateful for a team that recognizes others situations, how scary & frustrating it can be but they truly care as well. I was given step my step instructions on what to do and how to file the dispute. Thank you for trusting me but for empathizing with me during a very stressful situation that no one ever wants to be in. Kudos to you all. Thanks again.

So far I love it

So far I love it. My daughter does her chores more and if they are not done properly I can deny the payment of it . It's reaching her to take her time to make sure her chores are done properly. Just a little annoyed with not getting her actual card and now being told I have to wait another month to request a new card for her. But she does use her virtual card on her Google wallet so it works the same way.

Disappointed - errors with adding funds

As a first time user of this app, I am frustrated with not being able to add money from my bank to my Modak wallet. Nor am I able to link a debit card to set up any sort of transactions to fund either my kids accounts or my wallet. The app keeps giving me errors and also automatically closing. I restarted my phone and also deleted and reinstalled the app. After reaching out to customer service I found out they are experiencing issues with this functionality and don’t know when it will be resolved. I was told to use another form to add funds but they all cost money to do so and also don’t work.

It’s disappointing to hear that you haven’t been able to successfully add funds to your Modak wallet or link a debit card. We understand how important it is to have a smooth and hassle-free experience, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the errors and the app closing unexpectedly.

Regarding the funding issues you’ve encountered, we are currently aware of the temporary glitches with some of our payment methods, including adding funds via bank or linking a debit card. We are actively working to resolve this as quickly as possible, and we completely understand how this has impacted your experience. Unfortunately, we don’t have a precise timeline for when this will be fully fixed, but rest assured that our team is prioritizing this and we’ll notify users once it’s resolved.

In the meantime, we truly apologize for the extra charges with alternate funding methods. While they are an option to keep things moving, we understand they’re not ideal. Please know that we are exploring other ways to improve these methods to minimize costs and provide more convenient solutions.

Modak is great! Sri is awesome!

Modak really knows how to take care of their customers. Sri in customer service is always so genuinely helpful and friendly. I look forward to the bank migration and some new features!!
