They mislead customers (at least from Europe), by showing in Google prices in EUR, after which stated that taxes are included on the product page, and only after payment it turns out that Taxes account for 0€.

Worst communication I’ve ever experienced with a company. Their customer service is well below average. Would I buy from them again? Probably not. They may offer some decent products, but it means nothing if you can’t get a hold of anyone. No replies, no call back anfter multiple times trying to call and emails- even after they sent the wrong product. Still no response, no support, nothing. Very disappointing.

Purchased a DME (ECU) unlock, posted the DME in.
MODE did the unlock and posted it back the day it arrived. Impressive.
The next week I purchased Bootmod3 software, also processed same day.
Works well.

Save your money and order directly from the manufacturer. The order took 3 times as long to deliver than the website stated (over 3 months on a 4 week lead time order). Did not send any instructions for fitting the module to my car, and had to chase them for it. After providing the VIN to guarantee fitment, and the product stating plug and play, the instructions required me to splice into the chassis harness (I would not say that is plug and play). I sent the car to be installed by a professional workshop, and turns out the instructions were incorrect for my car, and required more than a week's worth of back and forth to finally get the right instructions, costing me money as the workshop was wasting labour pulling things apart, troubleshooting and contacting MODE directly. When I sent this feedback to MODE saying I wasn't happy this cost me extra money because of their mistake, they said it was my fault and the workshops fault for ‘not contacting them immediately’. Despite the fact that the workshop regularly deals with them and has their direct number. Save yourself the frustration and money and order the parts directly from the manufacturer. I thought going with a ‘reputable’ Australian brand would help, but it just cost me money, and got less than no customer service.

Some of the parts where in stock and pick up was a breeze The other parts had to be sent out which I received within 2 days as promised by the staff.

When you try and call to get help with making decisions on parts that youre spending 5+k on, youd like a bit of customer service.

Emailed twice at least and tried to call/text for a response, nothing.
