Brilliant customer service and the shelves are beautiful. Really well packaged and easy to assemble. Couldn't have asked for more!

Good company. Delivery took a few weeks which wasn’t unexpected and there was good communication from the team and the desk arrived in perfect condition. The desk I ordered was over a £100 cheaper from ModeLi than another furniture website so am very happy with the end result!

Great service.
Bought a very expensive side-board from ModeLi. Arrived sooner than anticipated (around 1 month, when the estimate was 2-3 months), but while unpacking realised it was slightly weather damaged, probably because of it having to sit in customs at the border for longer than it should have (F.U. Brexit!!!). They promptly gave me a 50% refund, which I appreciated.

Ordered some shelving from ModeLi. Slight problem with delivery which was sorted within the hour. Even got a phone call from them out with normal business hours to let me know.
Lovely people to deal with and a great selection of designer furniture.
Wish i had a bigger house so I could buy some more.

Modeli did what they said they would do on their website, they respected delivery times, and actually, our desk came earlier than expected. The delivery company were excellent. We bought the Flatmate desk, and we love it; it's a fantastic folding desk. It arrived with a chipped foot, but modeli sent us a new foot within two days and gave us a further £50 discount for the inconvenience.

I've bought a wall desk from them. The first time I ordered furniture just from a picture and not touching it. I was not disappointed. Found this site whilst searching for a desk for my home office, and I found the Emko Pill. It's a great piece of design. Even though it was an awkward piece to be delivered, it arrived in perfect conditions. The installation was included and performed by two lovely guys.
