This is the best supplement I have ever taken. I have been taking it now for around 4 months. This period was when I upped my training for a major duathlon championships. I can honestly say that between each seesion my legs were never sore or heavy, and I believe this was in a large part due to the supplement aiding my recovery. I am in my 60's. Its easy to take. ( a measuring cup would be useful) I am now a monthly subscriber and consider it part of my daily rountine. In the past I have taken supplements for a time and then after seeing no real difference have stopped.I have goodness knows how many bottles of half empty vitamin and minerals in my cupboard- which I now will be throwing away. I cannot speak highly enough of this product.

At 41 American Football is not a game that is played by someone my age.
It took a few weeks to kick in but it's the secret weapon and allows me to play both ways on the Offensive Line and D Line, an extremely physical position but I don't get gassed throughout the game.

I have life long hip issues and had needed to take anti-inflammatories to manage post training, but with modex I really hardly take them anymore. My endurance is so much better with a daily dose, and while I can’t undo joint issues it really helps with my training and recovery. I honestly recommend it to everyone who trains or has a goal, I’ve even given modex as gifts! 13/10

Been on Modex for 3 weeks now, 30ml a day replacing Ubiquinol as an energy supplement recovering from post viral fatigue. While there hasn't been any dramatic change in energy levels as yet I have noticed a drop in resting heart rate (from 58 to 56 bpm) and a drop in heart rate at high stress levels (gravel cycling), which aids faster recovery post high exertion efforts while on the road. Very much looking forward to getting benefits of taking Modex over an extended period.

I have been using Modex off and in for 3 years and can’t imagine not having it in my toolbelt. Having taken breaks and stopped for pregnancy I can 100% guarantee feeling the benefits whilst using vs not using. Each time returning to long distance running training I can see the extreme recovery benefits when using. My only feedback is that we need larger size bottles 😎 for those of us loading vs maintenance the current bottle goes very quickly. Our son Lewis Bishop ( a Dolphin on the Australian swimming team) started using Modex 3 months ago.
