Service above and beyond
I purchased a white fiberglass tulip table that is extremely well made - beautiful smooth fiberglass and heavy enough so it won’t tip if someone leans on it hard! I had to significantly delay delivery of my order - almost 4 months - and Modholic was very accommodating. Delivery was smooth and just when I wanted. I am a very happy customer!

Downtown Loft Gift To Myself
I bought my swing chair as a gift to myself moving into my downtown loft. It shipped in perfect condition and was easy to hang with the beautiful chain provided. I do not regret this piece! I wanted something modern, unique, and to fit with my love for gold. I unwind my day swing in this. With visitors who come over, I insist they try the chair. Weight isn’t a problem as it holds a lot! The cushions are comfy too. You won’t regret purchasing this beauty! I did in February 2022 and haven’t looked back! Modholic for the win!

Fun to shop for
Fun to shop for. They have Little wooden pieces to move around to help visualize the sectional in my sons apartment. Delivered timely and with modifications for shipping dates. Easy to assemble. Can be switched around to make longer or wider at a whim. Really comfortable to sit or lay in. Great product. Hope my son moves to a larger apartment so he can buy another section to make the couch bigger!

Terrible customer service
I ordered a table and chairs a few days ago based on their immediate shipping. I’ve tried emailing and calling numerous times to get a shipping date and get zero response? They’ve accepted my money, but can’t seem to respond. Terrible customer service! I’m canceling my purchase based on fraudulent service!

Great chairs, great service
I have purchased a total of eight nest dining chairs in black. They are perfect. Well constructed and strong. I own two original Kartell chairs that were four times the price and you cannot tell the difference. Shipping was free and fast.

Do not order anything from this…
Do not order anything from this company, they are a total scam. I purchased a set of 4 barstools back in June. I was then informed by customer service that they are on back order around 4 months. I asked why their website says in stock and ready to ship and they said it was an error. I decided to wait and they charged my CC. 3 months go by and I don't hear anything and I look on their website and it still says in stock, ready to ship so I contact cs again and ask when they are sending my order. I don't get a response back but a few days later I get a UPS shipment notice. After a week it still said only label created. About 10 days later I get notification of delivery. Luckily I was home when it got delivered. The UPS driver had to put it on a dolly as the box was completely crushed, falling apart and the barstools hanging out of the box. All Modholic did was throw 4 disassembled barstools in a huge box with absolutely no insulation, Styrofoam, cardboard, bubble wrap, or anything to fill the box. Upon inspection since then box was broken open at all seams, I saw that the barstools were scraped and had black marks on them. I immediately refused the shipment. I sent an email to cs right away explaining the situation and they never responded back to me. I called numerous times and no one ever answered the phone to cs and it doesn't allow you to leave a message. I sent a couple more emails demanding my money back and finally heard back a couple weeks later that they had no record of shipment or refusal of shipment and asked me to verify the date which I did. That was over a week ago and I still haven't heard back from them. I finally contacted my bank. Spend the extra money and purchase from a reputable company.

Love this table!
We searched a lot of different varieties of this tulip style table, and modholic's won on style and value. It shipped quickly, was easy to assemble, and exactly what we were looking for in terms of materials, quality, and a great look.

This is my dream couch
This is my dream couch. The color is perfect and the seating is wide and deep. The pillows can be moved around for comfort and it is the feathers create the perfect feel! Many other couches on the market appear to be sufficient, but in actuality are hard and small. This couch is oversized and so comfortable. I am 100% thrilled and will be for years to come!
