Items took well over a week to be shipped out when on the website says 2-4 days to arrive. Meant I had to purchase items elsewhere so wanted to return. Return portal doesn’t recognize my order number so having to contact Customer service who impossible to deal with as they are taking 3 days to respond to emails telling me to use the returns portal when I told them not working. Argh so frustrating, will never order from them directly again

Products are great. Really nice material. Wash really well. Sizing is accurate. The super period pants have you covered front to back, gusset size is good. Compared to other brands the coverage is better, thinner and the designs and material much better. Compared to my usual brand these are softer and look pretty, and dry faster.

Bought one pair supposedly suitable for heavy periods, to try. Unfortunately not designed for flooding or gushing which can come with heavy periods. Not absorbent enough to withstand a gush so you’re sat in wetness. The front panel is not high enough so when a gush happens, it floods into the non protected area and leaks through. Anyone who has ever suffered from a gush, knows it can go everywhere and anywhere and these pants just don’t protect from that.
I’ve worn this pair for an hour, gushed and leaked!
Maybe suitable for less heavy but unfortunately it’s sold as heavy period protection which is untrue. If you have heavy periods, don’t waste your money

I bought 5 different styles with different levels of absorbency in order to find new period pants. I'm absolutely thrilled with them. They are really comfy and I would say are cut true-to-size towards a little on the bigger size, which adds to the comfort. I bought the boy-shorts for nighttime and feel very secure in them on heavy days. Super high waist isn't my personal preference, and some styles are very high, so that's the only feature I'd change - it feels excessive when you're trying to wear subtle underwear. Overall, I would recommend Modibody!

I bought this brand about 8 years ago and those undies are still going, but are a bit worn, bought some new ones and after 3 washes they are falling to bits. Quality has gone down massively, so disappointing when I want to reduce waste.

Amazing company to deal with. I made an error in my order and the customer support was so helpful. I honestly just don’t expect that level of customer service these days. So friendly, efficient and great products too. Made dealing with my daughter’s teen hormones so much easier.

Very comfortable. I have never leaked using modibody period underwear. My daughter also uses them. We have been using them for 5 years now and are always happy. My daughter love the new stretch boy shirts, but we also love the traditional cotton. I have tried 2 other brands but have always come back to modibody. I wash them in the washing machine and I also put them in the dryer (I know I shouldn’t but I am looking for an easy life). They have been great!!

I bought these for my slight incontinence. They have been great and finally make me feel dry without having to change pads every five minutes.

Please do not buy from ModiBodi. I have had the worst experience with them. 5 week's for a order to be sent, lost in transit, magically found and then delivered and the parcel is open and missing 8 items. I get AI responses to my emails, I request for a human to contact me via phone and I get an email response. Do not give yourself the headache!!

I have bought multiple pairs over the years and I have found them great wearing and super soft. Totally love this brand and their customer service is just as fantastic!

Great products and ethics. Sizing is very variable so look to reviews for the right size in your preferred style.

Boy shorts come up large as of writing 2026 and I had to size down. I'm a 12 and had to get size 8-10 which I have no other clothes in that size which shows the discrepancy. However once I had received the replacement (which took almost a month) I was pleased as punch with the product.

Best underwear ever! I use now Modibodi for granny incontinence for several years, and they are really good. I never have to buy expensive tenalaidi nappies again, big savings and big comfort.

I bought these for my 11 year old twins who started their periods and were struggling with pads. They have been game changers. They tell me they’re comfy to wear, they’ve had no leaks at school and they feel ‘safe’ in them.
Even my daughter with sensory issues is loving them.
I also bought the low absorbency ones for the days when you think your period is over but it’s not!

I have long struggled with that time of the month because of the mental strain and stress it causes for me. I have thought about period underwear for some time to see if that helped ease my time on and it absolutely did. It took most of the extra thinking, planning and preparation away from Me which I really appreciate. And also I can tell that the quality of the product is premium which makes me feel in safe hands moving forward. I was a first-time customer, but I will not be a last time. I am absolutely going to recommend you to friends and family. This really has taken a load of off my plate.

The panties are great and durable. I've bought several times and never had any problems with deliveries. I highly recommend them.

I bought the Modibodi SmileyWorld brief, and at first it seemed suitable for the second day of my period, especially because it has higher coverage at the front. Unfortunately, once I went to work, it leaked right in the middle at the seam. This left me very uncomfortable and not confident at all during the day.

The coverage simply doesn’t work for my body. The absorbent area doesn’t extend far enough. I experienced the same issue with the thong I bought — the coverage at the front is far too low. I honestly don’t understand why the absorbent layer isn’t designed to come higher up at the front, where many of us need it (not all, but many).

I’m genuinely disappointed. For me, this product isn’t reliable or comfortable enough to trust, especially on workdays. Unfortunately, it feels like a loss of money.

My daughters and I all love our Modibodi underwear. The period pants are comfortable and never leak. Plus the delivery is always quick.
