Last time I use them. Transferred payment via Amazon giftcard. Never heard back from them. Contacted multiple times with no response. Real shame, I used them a couple of years ago and they delivered to Europe.

Contacted multiple times after package was confirmed as lost in transit with the courier (have email from courier confirming this) and 30+ days had passed.

Requested refund so that I could reorder from your domestic warehouse but was ignored every single time. 30 day money back delivery guarantee was not honoured and not even acknowledged despite asking 3 or 4 times, not even a discount for the amount so I could place literally place a more expensive order from your company.

It has been over 44 days and no replacement has been sent. Been given a tracking number but I can easily check any associated tracking numbers and whether anything has actually been sent using sites like parcelsapp and nothing has been sent despite being told 2 weeks ago that it has been sent.

Essentially I have been scammed by a company that I have already spent $600 in the last few months since I started using your company and am very sad to see how I have been ignored and lied to. My modafinil expenses average over $100 a month and I had planned on continuing on using your company as my only vendor, but if this situation cannot be made right I will sadly have to use another vendor from now on. If they fix the issue I will update this review.

Unresolved Domestic Non-Delivery and Confusing Tracking
I’ve ordered from this company before without problems, but my most recent experience has been disappointing due to shipping failures and lack of resolution.
I had a U.S. domestic order that stopped moving in transit and was never delivered. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue has not been resolved and no concrete delivery or reshipment action has been taken.
At the same time, I also had an international order that was returned to sender and later marked as re-shipped. However, the same tracking number was reused, showing conflicting ship dates, which made it unclear when the package actually shipped or how long it had been in transit. I understand customs delays happen, but the tracking setup itself created unnecessary confusion.
The most frustrating part has been the lack of a clear resolution response. I repeatedly asked for escalation and a concrete solution, but received only “please wait” replies rather than action.
I’m posting this to document the experience and hopefully prompt proper escalation. I’m not looking for generic updates — just follow-through and accountability when shipments fail.
