Rien rien rien rien

very easy to use

Hola,

Its quick and great

Thats just wat i asked for

easy to do, even for technodummies, haven't been able to downoad my conversions yet, will update review as and when.

The lady I spoke to her name is Cora, was so very very nice, polite, understanding, caring, took all the time to explain in detail everything she spoke to me about and beyond, I was very very happy with her, and so I say she’s exemplary in her Job.

Took 6 weeks to get my order with alot of grief... They were not nice, didn't care. So, one suit didn't fit, got the return label, sent it back, now they are saying it is not there. I wanted a refund for this now they only give you. not all your money back and alot of grief with it. Still have not gotten any refund in 2 weeks since sending in my return. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Mi hanno prelevato soldi senza consenso. Vado a denunciare.

Total scam -
0 adherance to EU law which makes it mandatory to be able to unsubscribe and to contact the owner of a business, not complying to EU commercial law either as it does not allow for cancellations or right to change your mind.

They steal bank account information, took 100 euros from me. I pray the gods give them all the worst in life.

No response via email. That's the only contact information they have, you you cannot click on email; you have to copy and paste. I didn't get a reply from them to cancel. 8 had to block my bank card. This has scam written all over. Do not buy from them. Reviews are consistent.

Did a free trial where it said I could cancel at any time. The only problem is, that it doesn't give you a way to cancel your subscription on the actual webside or anything. I had to find their support email through my own paypal to be able to unsubscribe, which lead me to payments I didn't want. The quality of the product is not worth the subscription either.

After sharing the same experience as other reviewers and being charged £17 for a one off file conversion- through a Spanish bank- I have stopped any further charges they might try to levy through my bank.
It would appear that the company is now for sale (minimum $500,000!) If it's still out there AVOID!

charged the 0.59 pence, which I thought fine, then couldn't convert the audio file, so I looked at how to contact them and it was so unhelpful, I cancelled on the website around 1 hr after the transaction, took a screen shot, but reading through these other reviews, I have simply canceled my credit card and order new credit cards.

Definitely a scammer. I have never clicked on a subscription, but may have clicked on its ad. Then it charges me continuously!

Like the other comments taking money from a so called trial of EUr0.59

Scam scam scam. Offer a one time fee for file conversion and a month later took 40 euro from me
