The artwork was very bad, the card itself was cute but for the price having me and my husband looking 80 years old is crazy work.

Poor quality, personalisation isn't as advertised & looks terrible really annoyed with the outcome £28 on a single t-shirt & it looks like sh*t to be completely honest.

Still waiting for my order... I've asked for refund....but looks like I won't get my money back !! Wish I read the reviews

Ordered 2 items, sweatshirt and mug. Sweatshirt arrived fine, the mug did not. Talked to customer service and was told no refund possible. Asked for replacement mug and was told they'd send another one. Waited months and no mug arrived. Reached out again and was told they can't send me a replacement. Asked for a refund and was told the best that could be done was a 20% refund so I said fine. This morning I got a notification of a refund and it's only 10%. Giving 2 stars since the sweatshirt seems fine. Horrible experience dealing with them.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Ordered a great looking sweatshirt for my wife for Mother's Day. Yes, in MAY and it's now JULY!

After 50+ emails with this company, and two attempts for them to ship the merchandise, it was lost both times after a month by a fraud of a shipping company they use called ACI. ACI has no support and only delivers to office buildings on weekend nights. There is no way to reach them. So each time they took a month to eventually lose the package. Finally got a refund from PayPal but never got the shirt and now have to look for a new Mother's Day present two months after Mother's Day.

Oh, and I paid for expedited shipping and insurance! Even the company that handled the shipping from China to the US before handing off to ACI said they used the cheapest most likely to fail shipping option.

Purchased a gift for Father's Day on June 4th. Purchased VIP treatment for an extra $6. Father's Day is here, and there is no information, whatsoever on the order. I believe they have stolen my money. I tried to contact support to cancel the order, and they have not responded in several days. This appears to be a total scam.

This company is a scam. Ordered off a facebook ad a custom photo roller. It looked like it was coming from US and came from china three weeks after I needed it. The quality was so terrible you couldn’t see the faces in the pics. Then after wasting hours of my life trying to get a refund they only agreed to give me 60% back. They started with offering me 10% and after going back and forth the most I could get back was 60%. Total fraudulent company.

terrible products and lousy quality for a much too high price. expected a good quality product, but get junk. also arrived defective and nothing can be done with customer service. automated answers and no personal assistance. They do not meet the conditions for these types of situations on their site.

Absolute scam, do not buy, package arrived 4 weeks late and in horrible condition. Don't repeat my mistake

I paid extra for expedited "VIP" shipping and it took 20 days to get delivered. This was well beyond the time I needed it. The picture flipper is made of very cheap materials and only works for some of the pictures. Several of the pictures do not show properly because they flop together. I made several attempts to reach out to their customer service, initially requesting a partial refund for the shipping taking so long, then after no response requested a refund multiple times, also with no response.

Very sketchy company based overseas. They took two months to ship and deliver the product I ordered, and after all that time they sent me someone else's order!

Customer service's English is also not good. When I complained, they asked me if I would like them to send the product again. Um, obviously?

Also they are definitely selling unlicensed/copyright infringing merch.

Would put zero stars if I could. They advertise on instagram just before Mother’s Day, which of course attracted me to order something from them for my wife. I wish I read the reviews here beforehand because it’s been 2 weeks since I placed the order and I have not received any shipping information. I emailed the support email they listed, and no response.

Scam. Ordered a mother's Day gift 14 days prior. It's now 21 days. When I inquire is to why the shipping tracking information looks like it has gone back to China, they tell me to be patient. I've asked for a refund or for them to get me the order within 7 days, but after reading the reviews here I am not optimistic.

This company is ridiculous. Do not buy! I purchased a Mother's Day gift for my wife three weeks prior during their Mother's Day promotion, and as of May 12, it has not shipped and there has been no communication.

This company is a scam sent me the picture box won’t give me a refund even although the item is broken. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I am contacting PayPal to advise of this scam company. AVOID

I ordered a customized yellow sweatshirt as a gift for my wife's birthday.
1) The item came in a very low quality and defected with dark stains INSIDE of the fabric. They were on a very visible area - on the chest.
2) Customized prints were supposed to be on both sleeves, but the put them all at one by a mistake.

I requested to return the item at their expense, since it is defected and cannot be used because of those stains. They are doing the best not to make this happen.

Do not use - actively avoid, said they delivered but haven't and have tricked Paypal in to thinking it has been by providing a tracking number. Regardless the tracking number and details would've taken months to get here, and the photograph provided was a random Amazon box! Laughable how they have got away with it, so AVOID to not endure the same disappointment and stolen money. Then they said 20% refund only!

Shocking. Ordered something advertised for Mother’s Day over a week before and paid $11ish for the fastest delivery. They couldn’t get the order done and ignored all support emails. I randomly got tracking info 2 weeks after the order. The item is in China. They shouldn’t be advertising on Instagram a week before Mother’s Day if they can’t fulfilled the order. I have emailed them 4 times since my order and have had no acknowledgment. I want a full refund.
