Please please people do not ever buy stuffs from this seller they're the most scam I ever experienced. I lost 100% of my money to purchase from this seller. They actually never ship anything you buy

It is a SCAM the dress is nothing to do with the photo they will manipulate you and offer you a 10% refund. I am gonna escalate this and I will report it to a higher level. SCAM and no consumer rights. DO NOT BUY.

I bought a dress for my son’s wedding and when it did not fit they said I wouldn’t have to take pictures of it and it would take a lot of money to send it back to China. I thought that was ridiculous and then they told me I could keep the dress and they would give me back 10%. I also thought that was ridiculous. This is a company that cheats people. Beware!

I wish I could give it 0 stars. The dress is not at all like the one in the picture and it came later than my event. I have been arguing with them for a month about returning the dress and still have not even been given the address for returns. Truly terrible company!

Horrible company! Will not let you return the dress, I had to beg for a 35% refund! They made me write a fake 5 star review for a refund. Do not buy!!!!!!!

They are fraudulent. When you want to return they argue with you via email, and then require you pay to ship to China…even though they shipped to you from California. They demand you accept 10% refund to keep the dress. Absolutely sketchy company. DO NOT ORDER FROM.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING bc you will be stuck with it even if it doesn’t fit or look good. They tell you that you have to ship it back to china and advise that its going to expensive and they offer a partial refund of $15!!!!! Material and dresses are cheaply made!!

My daughter brought a dress from them it came balled up in a shipping package. When she opened package dress wasn't the color on website nor did the dress fit her. Trying to return for a refund seller tried to gaslight her tried to give her from 10-30% back refund which was nothing compared to her paying $160 for dress. The 10-30% refund would have been $6-$15 when she paid $160. Like be so real. Then she paid $3 for shipping fees. RUN RUNNNN AWAY FROM THIS SITE 🚫🚫🚫🔊🔊🔊😡😡😡😤😤😤😤🤬🤬. They also wanted her to pay for returning and customs fee as well which doesn't make any sense if she paid only $3 for them to ship it to her SMH. She paid $40 just to send it back to china. Seller tried to gaslight her to not to send it back for refund because the shipping fee to send it back costs over $100.
PROM DRESS GONE WRONG VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️😞😢 AND IT TOOK THEM A MONTH AND 2 DAYS TO SEND TO HER. The return address was different than on package sent as well.😡🤬
UPDATE: Months later they sent back the same trashy party city looking dress back to my house. Don't be fooled please and look for reviews before purchasing from this "Company"

We ordered my daughters pageant dress amd it came in 2 weeks! We absolutely love thr dress, we sent specific measurements so it was made for her figure and we LOVE it!! Will definitely be purchasing again!

Stole my daughter's prom pictures off her Instagram to sell their knock off dresses!

This business has a history of illegally obtaining images from various authorized retailers. Additionally, they have engaged in the unethical practice of taking photographs from minors without consent. Despite receiving multiple requests to cease this infringement, they persist. Furthermore, the company peddles counterfeit products. It's strongly advised not to make purchases from them. Always be wary of enterprises that can only be reached via email communication. It is strongly advised against making purchases from them.

I originally gave a one star rating when the dress I ordered did not fit and I was not satisfied with the solution the company offered. They have since refunded me 30% and asked me to keep the dress. While I still have a dress that cannot be used at least I got some of my money back. For some reason, I am unable to delete my previous review, but a recap is that The company requested I not return the dress and asked me to have it tailored locally. They then offered a 10% discount when I communicated that this was not a good solution. In the end they did refund 30% and asked me to keep the dress.

The dress quality was actually good but the sizing was off...a 6 was more like a small 4. The company told me a good solution would be for me to take it to a local tailor for alterations. This was not a solution. After much back and forth with a representative who was clearly in China the best I could get was a 10% refund and an offer to keep the dress. The rep mentioned the dress would have to be shipped back to China and may get seized by customs and told me the expense of shipping it back was not worth it. So now we have a dress that my daughter cannot wear and only received about $13 in refund...if the refund actually goes through. Buyer beware. If it fits you may be happy but too bad if the sizing is off. Would not recommend and will not be a customer in the future.

I am so very thankful to have come across Modsele! My daughter and I were a ball of nerves at finding the perfect dress for her first ever dress up party. Hands down, Modsele created the perfect fit for my girl and she felt like Cinderella at the ball!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is a scam. Be careful. My daughter ordered a prom dress for $160, not realizing it was coming from China. It took 3 weeks to arrive, the dress didn’t look like the picture, and there was no way to fasten it in back. There were no button holes for buttons. She requested to return it immediately. No response for several days. When Wendy, her contract, responded, she was told to ship it back to China with a tracking number within 1 day. When it says 7 days to return in the website - they don’t honor that. We tried to contest the credit card charge due to fraud. The dress needs to be returned. So far the lowest cost to return is $145.

It is a well set up fraud. I do not recommend buying from this site.

I was so skeptical at first. There were a mix of reviews so I decided to check their social media accounts like TikTok and Instagram. This made me feel a lot better about ordering.

Once I had placed an order, Wendy emailed for order confirmation about my size to double check it was what I wanted. Fantastic customer service, anytime I had a question, Wendy would reply within 24 hours. This dress took about a month to be ready, however it was a large dress. I’d recommend ordering 2 months prior to your event.

The dress came and I’m absolutely in love. It’s a light blue strapless poof of a dress that made me feel like a princess. I saw someone complaining about the quality of their dress, and that was absolutely not the case for mine. The fabric felt really good quality and the stitching was top tier. Considering the dress looks similar to other places that charge over a grand for their dresses, I’d say they did a fantastic job and that it’s a wonderfully affordable option.

This company steals photos from legitimate dress boutiques like ours. We see our instagram and website photos on their site - they are acting as though they are their own. Dresses are from real designers like Jovani and Sherri Hill and they are sending low-quality dresses - not the ones shown in the STOLEN PHOTOS. BUYER BEWARE
