A great fit for our mobile grooming business

As owners of a mobile grooming business, we needed software that was easy to use and reliable, and MoeGo has been exactly that.

We've been using it for about a year now, and it makes managing appointments, customer information, and daily operations much easier. The mobile app is especially helpful since we're not sitting in an office all day, we can handle things wherever we are.

One thing we've really appreciated is their customer support. Whenever we've had a question or needed help, someone has always gotten back to us quickly with a solution.

The reports have also been helpful for keeping track of how the business is doing, and the payroll feature saves us time every pay period. We are happy with our experience and would recommend MoeGo to other grooming businesses.

We've been using MoeGo CRM at Spitz Groom for some time now, and it has become an integral part of our day-to-day operations. As a busy grooming salon, having one platform to manage bookings, client communication, reminders, online scheduling, digital forms, payments, and reporting has made a significant difference to both our efficiency and the overall client experience.

One of the standout features is the continuous development of the platform. The team genuinely listens to customer feedback and regularly releases meaningful improvements rather than simply maintaining the status quo. It's reassuring to know the software is constantly evolving alongside the needs of the pet care industry.

The customer support team has also been excellent. Whenever we've needed assistance, they've been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find a solution.

No software is perfect, and there are still features we'd love to see introduced, but the pace of development gives us confidence that many of these ideas will continue to be addressed over time.

I honestly don’t know how I managed my grooming business before MoeGo. Between online booking, appointment reminders, texting clients, and keeping customer information organized, it saves me a tremendous amount of time every week.

As a one-person grooming salon, efficiency matters, and MoeGo helps me stay on top of everything without feeling overwhelmed. My clients love the reminders, and I love having all my business information in one place.

If you’re a groomer looking for software that helps simplify the day-to-day chaos, I highly recommend giving MoeGo a try.

never using another software again!

after using this software for a little over a year now, i don’t think i will ever use another company again! so groomer friendly and makes me love my job even more! everything is so easy to use and navigate and this company knows how to make a groomers life so much EASIER! from mapping my day-to-day and easily looking at drive time & i can book a same day appointment with ease if needed! i truly can’t say enough things about this app and when in doubt the 24/7 LIVE chat is absolutely amazing and necessary. thank you SO much moego!!

I have been using MoeGo for years

I have been using MoeGo for quite a few years now.. pretty much since they started! It has saved me so much time with texting reminders for appointments, digital forms, booking, and routing. I have never wanted to cancel my service because it has helped me so much! I also really appreciate the customer service, this is a huge reason I stay. They are very responsive through the app or online in a support group. Thank you for trying to always listen to our demands and needs as professional groomers, I know it’s not easy but I feel like you do a great job and I appreciate that :)

Resolved issue: Will shutdown your pet care business

Recently had an issue with a credit card that runs the subscription. This immediately triggered a complete shutdown of all three locations. No warning, just a shutdown. Luckily, I was able myself to quickly enter in a new card and restore the service.

Just be careful in selection of this tool. If anything goes wrong with your subscription, just know that your entire business will be shutdown.

UPDATE 6/11/2026:
Changed the ranking of this experience from a 1 to a 3. Moego has reviewed the problem and has addressed this issue as they have understood that it is in no ones interest to just shutdown the system with no warnings. I am happy that this issue has been resolved so increased my rating. I cannot provide a higher rating as this issue should not have happened.

Hi Scott, thank you for sharing your feedback. We completely understand how stressful a temporary interruption like this can be for a business, especially if you have multiple locations relying on the platform.

To clarify how our system handles billing issues, a failed subscription payment does not trigger an immediate shutdown. The system automatically provides a 48-hour grace period, along with in-app notifications, to allow time to update your payment. If the grace period passes without an update, the account is temporarily locked, but your data is safely preserved. Our support team is also available 24/7 and can always assist with temporary access if you need more time to settle a bill.

I know this doesn't change your experience, but we want to assure you that your data security and business continuity are incredibly important to us. We’re glad you were able to quickly restore service!

Turn around and run the other way..

What a terrible decision... We moved from Gingr to Moego in an attempt to improve our internal process and well as our client booking experience. We could not have had a more opposite result. The system is incredibly flawed, simple tasks that we've managed for years in Gingr simply don't exist or are 5x more complicated.

We've had calls nearly every day from clients saying how much they hate the new system. Our team wanted nothing to do with it. We got pummeled from every direction while Moego had very few solutions, more so just acknowledged that there were issues and they would look into it.

We made this switch because we were expecting to get 100% of Gingr + the few exciting features that sold us on Moego.

We couldn't get out of there fast enough, we've transitioned back to Gingr. Their Director has no sympathy for the awful experience we've put our team/clients through and is demanding an early cancellation fee.

Laughable experience all the way around. Buyer beware.

Moego creates a barrier between me and…

Moego creates a barrier between me and my customers.
Moego txts my customers from their number and has no option do it through my number so they txt moego back instead of me.
Moego emails my customers from their email and has no option do it through my Gmail account so they email moego back instead of me.
Moego asks for reviews from my customers on their site, so my customers feel like they helped me by giving me 5 stars, but its not on Google or yelp so it doesn't help me. People don't find me through moego. And then I can't ask my customers to rate me again. Its rude.
If you try and put a link to your Google reviews on their txt report card, you can't make it a link.
There is to many problems to list in a review. Especially when you look into email marketing.
I have spoken to their help line about every issue I run into, then some one very nicely gets into a chat and says this is how the system is intended to work but they will put in a change order request. In the 3-4 months I have been with them, nothing changes.
Also the person that onboarded us told us what card reader to buy after we explained our needs. It was the wrong one and the solution was we had to buy the other one. They then wouldn't refund us for the other one, they said we had to prove they said it in a verbal conversation.
We are loosing clients because of moego. If they cared, they wouldn't leave some nicely worded comment after this telling me its my fault. They would solve the problems.

I also hear your frustration around communication and reviews. For context, Moego does centralize messaging and includes tools to route conversations and direct happy customers to platforms like Google - but if that’s not translating into a better experience for you and your clients, that’s on us.

I’ve processed six figures through their system and have been requesting a simple verification letter for months — still nothing. They also advertised Stripe-based financing, but after signing up I was redirected to a different lender with a credit check and high-interest merchant cash advance. Be careful — once your money goes through MoeGo Pay, you lose control of your own data and financing options.

Thank you for sharing this - we understand why this would be frustrating, especially when it involves your revenue and financing.

We want to be clear on a few key points for you and others reading: your customers and your business data remain yours. MoeGo provides the payment infrastructure, but we do not take ownership of your client relationships.

On financing, you’re right to call this out. If it was communicated that Stripe financing would be available and that wasn’t the experience you had, that’s NOT okay. We need to be clear and accurate in how we set expectations, and we obviously fell short there.

We partner with third-party providers to offer financing options, and terms and approvals are determined by those providers. We recognize that not every offer will be the right fit.

Regarding the verification letter, we understand how important this is. This document is unfortunately not ours to provide. We should have done a better job setting expectations. Unfortunately in your case, Stripe refused to provide the document. We know this is painful. We are sorry.

We appreciate you raising this and would like to help find a path forward. If you’re open to it, please reach out directly to support@moego.pet and we’ll work with you on next steps.

They don't let you cancel and keep charging you even after you close shop. They just pause for 6 months and auto renew.

Once the six months pause ends, the subscription will be automatically resumed. Please note that cancellation can be done at any time with no restrictions. Game-Changer for Our Mobile Grooming Business

We’ve been using MoeGo for three months now, and we couldn’t be happier. We’ve had so many inquiries coming in, and once we set everything up, it was such a relief because MoeGo now handles everything automatically.

It was very easy to integrate with our website. My favorite feature, especially since we run a mobile grooming business, is the smart scheduling. We didn’t put any limits on location—we just told the software to schedule using smart scheduling, and it works great. Most of our appointments for a given day end up in the same area, which saves us a ton of time.

It’s also very user-friendly. Once you explore the settings, everything is straightforward to use. It has great integrations for customers to leave reviews, and the built-in SMS feature works perfectly.

MoeGo truly has everything in one platform, and I highly recommend it!

Moego is a great grooming software app…

Moego is a great grooming software app that can make it extremely easy to manage for those running a grooming operation. I came from two other grooming softwares so I was able to compare.

Moego offers great benefits such as:
- AMAZING customer support. they are super responsive and will assist in every way they can
- Smart scheduling
- Electronic service agreements
- Embedded or link custom intake forms
- Great reporting
- Stripe integrated payment processing with important custom tipping option
- Option to defer convenience fee to clients which saves owners lots of money
- Auto reminders and confirmations

Some things that Moego still lacks
- Seamless integration between desktop and mobile. Some features work great on mobile while others only work great on desktop. Getting a state of parity between the two is important
- Lack of integrated Google reviews
- No batch smart scheduling
- option to click on phone number to text message clients directly. They want to push their SMS messaging

So all in all it is a great app but still has a ways to go in becoming the premier grooming software in the industry. Would still recommend over others
