I had had my mojawa run plus pink headphones since dec 2024. Then suddenly a month ago the buttons on and off became unresponsive. I was ready to chuck them when i checked the website and was gobsmacked that they have a 2 yr warranty.
I tried to hard reset them. They were dead. So with nothing to loose i contacted mojawa and explained offering to send back for repair. They come back to me two days later saying that they were sorry to hear headphones had become unresponsive and checking their records that they were still under 2 yr warranty. And they would send me out a brand new set as replacement. This they did and i received brand new run plus headphones a week later. I must say that their customer service have been excellent, very responsive and i felt very grateful for their quick response and help. I for one person love the quick helpful response from a chinese company and think if this is how they behave then they are not the problem america is.
