It’s been 9 days and still not received my order. Courier service awful, they messed up and emailed to say I had to contact Momo to tell them they messed up, poor customer service! I requested delivery every 3 months, I have been signing up for every month. Good product pity about the customer service, this does make me look for an alternative!

Love the product so ordered direct online. Company v clear it needs refigerating but it has now been “out for delivery” via Hived for two days. Assume lost or will arrive undrinkable. Shame as this was a test before subscibing.

Update. The company gor in touch, a new delivery was arranged and all went well.

I ordered and was not disappointed at all just what they said it was excellent

Best tasting kombucha with best customer service

Great product but having had a subscription service since Feb 2025 their delivery service is poor. It is unreliable and a pain to keep having to contact customer service. The latest issue is the worst ever though. Regarding my August subscription. I planned it to be delivered well in time before my holiday. Received email it was processed and on its way then nothing . I emailed to say please do not now send as I am going away. I have had it previously when delivery has been left out on the drive or even sent to wrong address.

Again I hear nothing but note I have been charged. I email 2 more times from holiday, no response. On return I contacted them via their website, nothing. Only when I message on Insta did someone reply who forwarded it to customer service.

The excuse for all this inconvenience I have been experiencing, it is a IT platform change. Apologies given but no compensation offered.

Probably the worst customer experience I have ever had.
Shame but luckily there are now plenty of other kombucha makers.

Fantastic product but most of all superb customer service. Quick to respond and always helpful.

It shouldn’t take a public review to prompt a supplier to sort a Customer Service issue. MOMO did resolve my subscription delivery problem but I’m yet to see if it is successful next month. So their request for me to replace my negative review will have to wait. Actions speak more than words.

This is the most lovely drink I’ve tasted. It can replace alcohol as a drink. Very refreshing. Lovely company to deal with. Saw it first on Saturday kitchen. Never looked back. Healthy too.

My original review was mixed! The drinks themselves are 5 stars. At the time I was disappointed in the customer service side, particularly in regard to responses to concerns. I have to say however that Momo really came through with updated responses that addressed all of the issues and showed that they are committed to great service going forward! Well done and keep making those delicious drinks!

The best kombucha ever. That's it. Oh, and the range of flavours, the partnerships, the quick delivery, the customer service, the awfully nice people behind everything. And the bottles.

Great product, great taste would def recommend

The best kombucha I have tried and no UPF ingredients. When I have had delivery issues they sorted it quickly and without quibbling so the service is great.

This is just the BEST kombucha. I especially love the seasonal flavours. Lovely, friendly customer service team too - on hand for any questions or issues.

I really like Momo Kombucha and in particular their limited edition flavours. Their subscribe and save is great value and very easy to manage. Overall they are first rate
