If I could rate this company a negative zero stars, I would. I purchased a baby shower dress on January 7th from this company. The dress I received was awful and nothing like the image described and pictured. It was damaged when I received it and material was horrible and cheap. I requested a refund immediately and was provided two options to 1.return to China and I am responsible for cost or 2. Receive a 20% refund. However, nowhere on the website does it state that item must be returned to China when items return label on package received is to Columbus, Ohio. I have been going back and forth with the sale and refund team and then agreed to keep item at a 35% amount compensation on February 13th. I have yet to receive the money. They assured me that it’s my bank processing speed of why it’s taking so long. I have called my credit card company in which they are saying no refund has been issued. This company is a major scam. I would never recommend ordering from a company that falsely advertises products and doesn’t own up to their lies. WHAT A SCAM! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The dress I ordered from them looked nothing like the dress I had received. When I requested a refund they kept recommending that i accept the 20% and keep the dress but it is so damn fugly I would rather pay $100 to ship it back to China which is also ridiculous. What kind of business is this that makes you also pay the shipping for the fugliest dress i’ve ever seen. I’ll stick to Amazon next time because this is ridiculous.

I bought a dress from here for $63 and it did not look like the dress on model or reviews. I requested to return and they said I would have to pay full shipping back to China (would run $30-$70) or accept 20% refund. I reverse image google searched the review photos and found out they stole these review photos from a designer Zimmerman dress and it is a knock off. I told them I want full refund or paid return label and they refused. I placed dispute with my credit card and I’m waiting for response.

Maternity dresses are hard find, website has a lot of options.

Read the review BEFORE buying. I wish I would’ve seen this page before buying from this company. I received a dress that I planned to wear for my maternity photo shoot. It ended up fitting weird and I wasn’t happy with it, so I emailed support to return. I spoke with someone named Daisy who went back and forth with my numerous times trying to push me into the compensation of 30% instead of telling me how to send the item back to get a full refund. The whole interaction felt like a scam.

Finally I asked one question about the compensation, NOT authorizing it. They immediately took it as me agreeing to that option and then gave me a measly refund with no further communication.

I’ve tried to get in contact with them to clarify it is NOT what I wanted and that I was very unhappy with their services. I just want my money back and I don’t need this cheap dress…Still no response.

This website is a flat out scam and joke and I wish I could go back in time to never buy from them again. Horrible dress, horrible customer service, horrible communication. So disappointed and angry. DO NOT BUY!!!

This website is terrible, please save your money and do not order from here. I ordered a dress that was so cheap feeling and see through when it came in. It also looked nothing like the picture. Felt like a temu order though I paid $60 for it. I emailed to return and they went back and forth with me needing so many specific things. When they finally approved me for a return they told me I could either pay to ship it to China or get 20% compensation. To ship it to china would have cost me double so it made no sense. They definitely take advantage of their customers. I wish I would have never ordered and wasted my money.

I absolutely loved this dress for my baby shower! It was everything I had hoped for—elegant, comfortable, and flattering for my baby bump. The fabric was soft and breathable, which made it easy to move around and stay comfortable throughout the day. I received so many compliments on the design and color. It really made me feel beautiful on such a special occasion!

This website sucks. They sell you overpriced crap and then make you pay the shipping costs back to china when you want a refund. Their customer service is despicable. I wish i would've came across this website before i ordered dresses for my maternity pictures from here.

Dress is nothing like the picture…. Wish I would have done more research on this website before ordering almost $70 for a shein quality dress…. They take pictures of some other dress and make their cheap knock off version. And it’s see through! The dress in pictures the flowers are 3D like embroidered these are flat printed on.

If I had known this was China company like SHEIN I would not have bought these dresses. Way too small, I am 5’8” and pregnant but their largest size was more like a size 10-12 than a 16. Too expensive to return because you have to pay for shipping back to China which is over $100. I ordered 3 dresses and they are all terrible quality and range $50-$80. The material is see through and feels and looks CHEAP. I’m so upset I wasted money on this scam.

If I could give this website less than 1 star I would. I ordered 3 dresses for my maternity shoot this month and neither ended up fitting me right. Too loose in some spots or too tight. I emailed them the day I received the dresses because I read online you have 7 days to return the items. They gave me a hard time about returning them. They originally asked if they could pay me 25% of what I paid for the order and have me keep the dresses. I said I just wanted the full refund so then they said I’d have to pay for shipping. I asked why because nowhere on their return policy does it say we are responsible for the shipping not to mention I already paid for shipping to receive the items. They then offered to only compensate me 40% of my order and advised me I’d still be paying for shipping. Like what an absolute joke. I spent over $100 on the website and it’s not my fault I’m too fat to fit in their dresses. Not to mention the quality of the dresses aren’t great. Only 1 of the dresses was made well. The other 2 were see through and the material felt cheap. I’m super disappointed. Mind you this whole encounter with their “customer service team” was through email. The number I called didn’t go through. I emailed them back and fourth for a week with less than favorable results. I ended up keeping the drssses. I’m going to attempt to resell them, wish me luck.

Can I do 0 star? because these website don’t deserve 1 star, I made my order (3dresses) for my baby shower probably 2 months before my special day, I had never received my package and they never refunded my money. These people steal from their customers. If you don't receive your package, they tell you it's not their fault and they won't give you your money back.

The worst place to by drsss and good luck getting your money back I wish I knew better when I got 3 dress and they were horrible

Bought a dress for $74, it was see through, to tight, and was not going to work for the occasion I bought it for. So I emailed to start a return and they asked me to send a picture and detail why I wanted to return. I did what they asked and never heard back. I emailed again asking what I need to do next, they will not return my emails.
