Excellent care, 5 stars, very thorough, the only minor downside was the 20 minute wait beyond the appointment time. Maybe not surprising given the differing natures of the problems presented.

Once again Katy did very well to cope with even worse conditions in my right ear & I am returning to see her again tomorrow to hopefully complete the wax removal.

Very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism. Was a bit anxious as I had not had my ears looked at before.
