Not a great place to work. Monarchy.io relies on outdated marketing strategies, and managers micromanage every detail, often requiring approval for even minor changes. The design team is led by the owner’s wife, who appears to have little understanding of creativity or modern design principles. Compensation is not competitive compared to similar agencies, and employees can be terminated without notice. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
