Tanya, my advisor, was so helpful and talked me through all my options explaining anything I had queries about clearly. This was a nerve wrecking and embarrassing experience for me but she made it so much easier to deal with.

After thinking about it, I decided not to pay MAC £3600 for setting my debt management plan up… I was seeking help with my debts, not getting myself more in debt.
