I orobably could have earned more money. But the biggest complaint I received was people who wanted to donate had to pay a fee to donate. I lost money due to FEES TO DONATE to my cause.

I appreciated having the option to donate instead of purchasing something. I especially liked being able to designate the donation in memory of someone.

Easy to send request for donations. Really like that it has the ability for someone to add contacts to help the player raise money.

Helped with sponsors for my daughters cheer team!

I like the ease of having my discounts on my phone and supporting local organizations. I do have difficulty sometimes with the redemption process if the cashier doesn't understand how it works. They have to be watching you push the button on your phone. Having a code they could scan would be better in these cases, I think. Otherwise, my experience is good!

It all went very well until my donation was posted to the group. I specifically noted that I wanted to be listed as anonymous. Yet my name was right there for all to see. However I was able to reach out to them and they fixed it first thing on the next business day.
