Saga is the best she was so patient…
Saga is the best she was so patient with me. I was having a hard time uploading 1 file just the 1 last one we worked on it all day fron 1.00pm till after 8.00pm. She was amasing with me telling me to be patient its ok will get this. If it wasnt for her. I would still be at the first step of this borriwing process. Last night was a fail but i got up again started calling ODSP OFFICE FOR HELP NO HELP.
I myself a loan wolf well Ai beside me tackeled the doc and to my heavenly suprise turned that docunent into a PDF.
I Screamed and cheered patted my back with my phone. I felt like there was something missing out of this equation.
To my suprise the phone rang and guess who was on that line SAGA TO CHECK ON ME AND MAKE SURE ALL MY BOXES WERE CHECKED.
THANK YOU SAGA FOR YOUR DETERMINATION YOU ROCK KEEP IT UP. TRUST PIOLET ONLY HAD A 5 STAR RATING I BELIEVE YOU DESERVE A 10 STAR**********

I had a very bad experience with money…
I had a very bad experience with money mart Québec Wilfrid hamel branch. It seems that all the things they put online is a lie.. i was really hopeful because i thought i could find an institution who could really help me get a restart in terms of financial matters but the lady that i asked told me that i need to be permanent resident or citizen to apply for loan. Its really heartbreaking and frustrating because what they posts online is way far from what they actually do. There was no fair customer service and was a bit of a racism. Money mart, please don't give false hope to people and be honest with your marketing .
