It was very well organised from ordering these test to receiving the result. The instructions for taking the test were very straightforward with everything you needed in the package. The best thing was the communication. I received an email to say the test had been delivered which was a relief to know and the results a few hours later which were clear and easy to understand. I would definitely use this service again .I have 2 close family relations with thyroid problems and they are never able to get the full test needed on the NHS so they are pleased to know there is somewhere they can use .

Quick response to my request for a test pack. Great communication also test results received the day after sending it. Good value for money. Would highly recommend as I shall use them again.

Product in itself was great and easy to use. Once I sent off the sample I received my results the next day. (I paid for a timed and signed for service from the post office which cost extra). The only really for 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that it took a very long time to arrive after ordering online (almost two weeks!) and one of the disinfecting wipes that was in the packet was ripped open. I had some more at home so I wasn't too worried but still you would expect better quality control from a medical product supplier.
