The process was efficient from ordering to getting the results. I did have difficulty getting the blood to flow the first time, but no problem when I followed the instructions better. I like that the results show your level and the data and graphs shows what this actually means. Advice given when only just in normal range.

Used monitor my health before. It’s really good - quick response and receipt of test kit. Clear instructions to use kit and return to lab safely. Results come through in a day or so for a simple blood test. I’ve used monitor my health not to bother my GP for a repeat test and because I know the RDE hospital and respect it and its labs.
