Jason is an absolute superstar
Jason is an absolute superstar, and probably saved our bond in a new apartment.
After moving into a NYC rental less than a month ago, we had just got our couch cleaned professionally and within a few moments - realised there were some very large dark splattered stains across our wooden floor. Through this, we discovered the floorboards arent sealed/finished, and the chemicals used had left the most insane stains all across the apartment. Panicking, I googled methods of getting it out, and found SHP website and immediately called for assistance. Jason responded to the situation suggesting I immediately use some household distilled white vinegar and white cotton rags to lighten the stains, and it has seriously made a huge impact on the severity and notability of the stains. A real life hero.

My husband is a woodworker and has made many custom pieces for our home. We went through hurricane Helene and had three feet in our house. House was a mess, but every piece of wood furniture with your product is still perfect. Amazing product

First time Rubio Monocoat user
First time Rubio Monocoat user. Walnut color on Walnut, live edge slab. Turned out beautiful! Built a bar for my wedding reception and the guests were blown away! Served 100+ guests all night long and the stain/finish on the Walnut slab held up perfectly! Not 1 single issue was found the next morning!

Great instructions
Great instructions, easy to apply, fabulous looking and feeling Matt finish. I used this for a rainbow wood cap on a pony wall around a living room stairwell, a portion of which is a bar facing the TV and fireplace. I am a reasonably accomplished hobby woodworker and have used numerous quality finishes (including rub on) over the years, this was one of the more unique ones - Great grain and color highlighting. I tried both pure and natural on sample products and found the white in the natural not to work in my case as well as pure.

Product looks great and the application was simple and straightforward. The accelerator was well work it as I was able to apply to a dining table and have it in the house in use in two days and it looks great.

Shipping was great, answering questions not so great .....
Shipping was great, I had a question and called Oxford, GA and was advise to get in touch with the Texas office. I sent them an email on Sept. 28 and the response which I received on the same day, was to ask a question that I had answered in my original request. I answered the question again and have not received an answer back immediately. Friday, Sept. 30, I followed up with another text and today is Oct. 6, and I have not heard back.

So easy to apply perfectly!
I was very impressed at how easy it was to apply. I wanted an oil-based stain in an unnatural color and this was amazing. Smooth and easy to apply, the color was perfect and even, with no preconditioning, wet edge or overlap.

Keep it simple great results
My order was shipped within an hour or so of placing my order online . I called in with a question the lady who happened to answer the phone Had just processed my order and was very helpful . I followed the instructions to a T and couldn’t ask for better results it was easy . There is nothing complicated about it keep it simple . The product goes a long way . I will be using it on many of my future projects .
