Rezension: Ein Stern ist noch zu viel – Absolute Abzocke bei Monro!
Ein Stern ist noch zu viel für dieses Casino! Meine Erfahrung lässt sich kurz zusammenfassen: Man zahlt ein, spielt und wird einfach nur noch abgezogen. Wenn man ganz viel Glück hat, bekommt man vielleicht ein einziges Mal Freispiele, die dann mickrige 1,50 € bis 3,00 € abwerfen – aber das ist die absolute Ausnahme. Ansonsten wird hier rigoros abgezockt.
Man gibt sich nicht einmal mehr die Mühe, Seriösität vorzutäuschen. Stattdessen wird dem Spieler auf direktem Wege der Mittelfinger gezeigt. Spielspaß sieht definitiv anders aus! Wir reden hier nicht von einem Zehner, der mal unglücklich verspielt wurde, sondern von mehreren Einzahlungen zwischen 50 € und 100 €, bei denen absolut gar nichts zurückkam.
Vom Support will ich erst gar nicht anfangen: Wenn man seinen Unmut kundtut, wird man mit lächerlichen 5 € Bonusguthaben abgespeist. Ganz ehrlich – was soll ich damit? Ich habe mein Konto mittlerweile löschen lassen. Selbst dabei haben sie sich nicht einmal die Mühe gemacht, mich als Kunden zu halten, was wieder einmal beweist, was sie von ihren Spielern halten.
Mein Fazit: Ich kann jedem nur raten, hier extreme Vorsicht walten zu lassen. Das gilt nicht nur für Monro, sondern für die gesamte Galaktika-Gruppe. Spart euch euer Geld!

they are a scam
they are a scam, i got a no deposit 10€ bonus, i wagered it 45x times, then they don’t let me withdraw because i haven’t made a deposit. i make a deposit, then i have to wager the deposit to withdraw anything, and after speaking with one operator, who assured me that i did everything and my withdrawal is on it’s way, i get an email that my withdrawal has been declined, and now speaking with support, they’re asking me to deposit the same amount i’m trying to withdrawal and wager it 3x before i can withdraw anything.

🚨 Warning: Stay Away from Monro.Casino
I've had a nightmare experience with Monro.Casino. Despite my deposit being successfully credited to their account (as per my bank statement), they've refused to acknowledge it. I've provided all necessary bank documents and even a video proof, but after 15 days of daily follow-ups, they claim the payment wasn't received.
What's worse is their blatant attempt to scam me further by saying they'll increase the wagering amount if I start winning 😡. Unbelievable!
Their customer support is non-existent, and it feels like they're just playing a game with my money. Extremely disappointed and would strongly advise others to avoid this casino at all costs.
