My m1 v5 tmr came with a broken knob encoder, the support was super friendly and quick to respond and patient, they sent me the encoder and cable.

I recently bought the Monsgeek FUN60 keyboard and i've got to say that it's been quite an awful experience.
The keyboard per se is mechanically really good but it doesn't come with instructions on how to configure it correctly so when you plug it in it actually doesn't work and i spent an hour figuring out what drivers i had to install and found out i had to use the monsgeek app (which also changed url) to configure it correctly and also it doesn't specify in the manual the keys to enable pairing mode and all the other modes of the keyboard.
Monsgeek has to improve their UX and customer service, really bad

I still haven’t received my package or a refund, despite my local postal office (PostNord) admitting that they lost it. PostNord has instructed MonsGeek support to reach out to them so they can arrange compensation for both MonsGeek and me, but nothing has been done on MonsGeeks end. The communication has been stuck in a never-ending back-and-forth, with no progress made. I couldn't ask for worse customer support. After everything I've gone through, I sadly wouldn’t recommend supporting this company.

I recently got the Monsgeek M1W V3 VIA, and it's been fantastic for the price. Monsgeek is a newer brand in the keyboard scene, but they’ve really impressed me with this model. The build quality feels premium. VIA support is also a good bonus.

For the price, you’re getting features that are usually found in much more expensive keyboards. Monsgeek really nailed it with this one. Highly recommend!

Monsgeek is a sub-brand of Akko that sells keyboards and parts. Monsgeek's products are of very good quality, especially considering their more-than-fair prices, and the brand is very upfront about quality control. In addition, Monsgeek has return policy that guarantees you the right to return an order (even if you just change your mind), which is better than 99% of other keyboard brands. I am very pleased with my purchases and would highly recommend Monsgeek.
